We have completely and very high quality renovated our 85 sqm, 3 room maisonette for the 2015 season.
The apartment is located in a quiet, small, very well-kept residential complex.
The way to the beach is about 80 m.
You can park your car free of charge in the associated underground car park.
You will immediately feel at home in our tasteful domicile.
In the lower area there is the high-quality daylight bathroom with an extra-large glass shower and rain shower head.
There is a double washbasin there.
Furthermore, the spacious living room with open country kitchen is on the floor. The living room is presented in a modern country style. A cozy corner sofa and a comfortable dining group create a feel-good atmosphere.
All rooms are bright and friendly.
From the living room you have access to a southwest balcony where you can enjoy the sun from early to late. From there you look out into the garden.
The bedroom has a box spring bed 180x200, from there and from the hallway you get to the second balcony with west orientation.
The sun shines there in the afternoon.
The open, high-quality country kitchen has a microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Sitting at the counter you have a view of the balcony.
A white wooden staircase leads to the upper area.
There is a double bed 180x200 and a single bed 90x200 which can also be pulled out in an emergency.
In the living room there is also a 140x200 sofa bed.
There are 2 flat-screen TVs in the apartment, one with a DVD player.
There is a washing and drying room in the basement of the house, which you are welcome to use.
The central location allows you to leave the car in the in-house underground car park.
This is of course free of charge.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben eine Woche im August in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Pluspunkte: sehr schöne Einrichtung & gute Ausstattung (auch der Küche), 1a-Lage zum Strand „Luft nach oben“: WLAN geht im unteren Schlafzimmer ( dem mit Balkon) nicht sehr gut, genaue Gebrauchsanweisung der Waschmaschine im Keller wäre gut ( wir haben mangels Anleitung leider erst einmal einige 50ct-Stücke „versenkt“), Entfernung zum Ortszentrum ( 1,5 km one way), TG-Platz für größere Autos sehr eng, alles in allem aber eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen ! Würden sie wieder buchen - dann aber Fahrräder mitnehmen ;-)

Fast perfekt mit Kleinigkeiten
Die Kommunikation und der Austausch mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend, genauso mit der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort die für die Anreise sehr hilfreiche Tipps hatte. Die Lage ist richtig klasse. Die Wohnung wurde einmal echt schön renoviert, so das man sich darin schnell wohl fühlen kann. Das Gemeinschaftstreppenhaus ist allerdings etwas unschön mit Teppich ausgelegt, was man bei geschlossenen Fenstern riecht. Der PKW Platz ist in einer Dreier Bucht ganz links an der Wand, was bei einem modernen Auto größer Mittelklasse schonmal eng werden kann. Die angepriesene Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine war anfänglich nicht auffindbar, hat sich dann aber etwas unvollständig in der Abstellkammer gezeigt. Nach längerer Inbetriebnahme wurde die erste und nicht letzte Tasse Kaffee zubereitet. Schön wären jetzt noch die fotografierten Liegestühle gewesen. Die Aussenmöbel wurden teilweise etwas unglücklich mit Kabelbindern repariert. Fazit, wenn man sich mit der ein oder anderen Kleinigkeit anfreunden kann, steht einem tollen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung wenig im Weg. Wir haben die Woche genossen :)
