Welcome to our rural Finca Sa Costa with a swimming pool in the heart of the countryside of Mallorca. Experience the charm of an ideal family holiday, just a few kilometres from the beautiful beach of Alcudia.

Located in Buger, in the heart of Mallorca, this finca offers accommodation for up to 6 people, a 10x5 m private pool and panoramic views of the island.

Upon entering the finca, you will be greeted by an impressive rustic house surrounded by lush lawns and an inviting swimming pool. The pool is equipped with 6 comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the warm Mallorcan sun. Next to the pool, you will find a covered area with table and benches, a ceramic barbecue for family gatherings and refreshing outdoor baths. In addition, there are lounge chairs for relaxing and an outdoor shower. Complete your experience on the spacious terrace on the first floor with parasol and table for 6, offering idyllic views of the surrounding nature.

Inside, a spacious foyer welcomes you with enough armchairs for everyone's comfort. On the ground floor, the bright living room with integrated dining area has 2 sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV and a table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has another table for 6. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub.
The first floor houses the three bedrooms and the second bathroom. With wifi and air conditioning in all rooms, the house offers modern comforts. The bedrooms include one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a third spacious room with a double bed, a single bed, a desk and access to a terrace. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub.

Buger, a picturesque village in the north of Mallorca, is only 500 metres away from the finca. Surrounded by charming villages such as Sa Pobla, just 5 km from the property, and Campanet, Inca and Pollença, you can explore the island's authentic culture. 19km away, discover Alcudia Beach with its crystal clear waters and white sands.

Lovely location and lovely pool

Very rustic property with lots of character. Bathroom downstairs needs replacing as the toilet is marked and the bath/shower does not work independently. The beds were very basic. Electric kept going off in the evenings when the lights and air- con was on. We had a break in during our stay, the owner was there very quickly and got a carpenter to repair the patio door. This incident unfortunately upset our two grandsons and with the kitchen door being glass and the outside shutter door not having a lock on it gave us concern that they may come back again. The villa is in a lovely location and the pool was wonderful.

Magical week

Beautiful house in an ideal setting, private, but close enough to the village to walk in (approx 10 mins) where there are a couple of bars/restaurants, a bakery and a well-stocked little supermarket. The house is lovely and spacious with a wonderful terrace and pool. I am sure other guests leave things like salt and oil, laundry detergent and toilet paper, as we did - to have those things available would be appreciated, as in a week, they are necessary but it's difficult to use it all up, so it gets left behind. I would like to think other guests could make use of it ( I know we would have).

This was a lovely property

The first thing that strikes you as you arrive is how pretty and homely it is! Perfect for a party of six with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the pool, eating on the balcony and views. We hired a car and enjoyed trips to Pollença, Port de Sóller and Sa Pobla- Also stayed around the villa on a couple of days and made use of the local amenities- the village of Búger was a 10 minute walk and we enjoyed the local restaurants and cafes. It was a heat wave for the duration of our stay - air con in the bedrooms was a huge benefit at night. We found the host Antonia to be very helpful and welcoming.
