About this property

The country house has two separate apartments, each with 2 private gardens and a terrace. One garden is not visible and fenced (dog) The other garden is huge with a soccer goal and 5m trampoline. The barn in the attic can be used for indoor activities (kickers, billiards, darts, table tennis, basketball, etc.). The interior is very high quality and sometimes nostalgic. All living rooms have hardwood floors. There is a fireplace in the ground floor apartment. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath and shower and a bidet.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower in the attic,

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation. Die Wohnungen haben reichlich Platz und viele Betten und sind mit allen wichtigen haushaltsüblichen Sachen augestattet. Der große Dachboden bietet reichlich Platz Die Kinder können sich dort gut austoben mit den bereitgestellten Spielmöglichkeiten.

Große Familie optimal geurlaubt

Drei Generationen samt Hunde hatten hier alles. Ruhe, Spiel, Spaß, drei Bäder (eins mit Bidet), zwei Küchen - alles wie beschrieben und tipp-topp. Betten sind alle gut, gab keine Kreuzschmerzen. Und die Zimmer sind alle unterschiedlich, sowohl in der Gestaltung, Größe und der Anzahl der Betten - somit ist für jede Familienkombination etwas dabei. Die Lage ist abgelegen von Bundes- & Landstraßen und zum Kaufmannsladen sind es mit dem Rad 10 min. Außer der Wind kommt von vorn... Das Haus hat den Charme der norddeutsch/friesischen Landschaft, ist liebevoll, durchdacht und ferienwohnungsgerecht saniert. An der Kreidetafel haben wir ewig Galgenraten gespielt. In den Küchen findet sich alles, auch scharfe Messer und große Töpfe. Fazit: wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Objekt, irre viel Platz! Unsere Teens waren sehr gut zufrieden! Sehr nette, total unkomplizierte Hauseigentümer! Richtig gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Perfekt für größere Gruppe

Es stimmte von Anfang bis Ende alles.Unser jâhrliches Geschwistertreffen (11 Personen) wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle hatten eigene Zimmer- gibt auch genug Raum um sich mal zurück zuziehen. Die " Sporthalle" auf dem Dachboden war sehr gut genutzt, ob Tischtennis, Billard, Tischfussball....Wir waren Tagsüber immer unterwegs hatten ausgezeichnetes Wetter und waren dann- geschafft vom Tagesausflug- fast nur auf dem ausgebauten Boden ( Sporthalle) oder auf dem großzügigen Grundstück . Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht - zum Entspannen. Wir haben selbst Frühstück/ Abendbrot auf dem ausgebauten Boden eingenommen. Kurz gesagt- es gibt nichts besseres. Achja, Eier konnten wir auch beim Eigentümer bestellen und wurden uns gebracht. Sollten es uns irgendwann wieder nach Schleswig Holstein ziehen wird das unser erster Ansprechpartner.

Gemütliche Abende mit Freunden und Familie

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war direkt und unbürokratisch. Das Objekt und vor allem die Scheune bieten viele Anreize gesellig mit Freunden und Familie zusammen zu sein. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind wenige touristische Ziele. Die Entfernungen zu Nord- und Ostsee aber für kleine Ausflüge in Ordnung. Insgesamt eine schöne Erfahrung für eine mittelgroße gemischte Gruppe.
