About this property

The bungalow is located in a beautiful nature reserve at an altitude of 620 m above the Gardasse. It has a generous area of approx. 70 square meters in a well-run apartment complex. From the bungalow itself you have a wonderful view of the Monte Baldo massif.
It is located in the lower part of the complex, has a screened-in terrace and is extremely good for families and mountain bikers.
The bungalow has 2 bedrooms with 4 beds. The interior was renewed in 2014 and the bathroom was completely renovated. In addition, it has satellite TV, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and a kettle.
The place is also an ideal starting point for mountain bike tours and hikes, for example to the Rifugio Cima Piemp hut.

NOTE: Arrival and departure day is always Saturday!

Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig (auch durch das Konzept von einem großen Raum für Küche/Wohnzimmer und dem Bad in der Mitte) und bietet sowohl einen großen Wohnzimmertisch als auch einen großen Tisch auf der schönen Terassen, was ich als leidenschaftlicher Brettspieler sehr geschätzt habe ;). Es ist in einer Ferienhausssiedlung oberhalb von Gardola gelegen, die sich allerdings über einen recht weiten Teil des Hangs verteilt. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich dabei im unteren Teil der Anlage. Das bedeutet zwar, dass man zum Pool und Rezeption etc ein gutes Stück der Straße den Hang hoch folgen muss (ca. 15 min), dafür ist man aber umso näher an Gardola, dass man sehr angenehm über einen schönen ca. 20 min. Fußweg erreichen kann. Der erste Teil des Weges geht durch den Wald und geht nah beim Haus los. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, sie waren bei den Fragen, die wir vor Ort hatten, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und haben sich sehr schnell gemeldet.

Ort zum Erholen

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Ruhige Lage, man bekommt nichts vom Trubel des Gardasees mit und kann die Ruhe genießen. Man wird morgens lediglich von einem Kuckuck oder dem Krähen des Hahns im Dorf geweckt. Das Dorf ist fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings muss man bei flottem Fußmarsch schon 10-15 min (Auto 5 min) einplanen. Zum See sind es ca. 15-20 min mit dem Auto was absolut verkraftbar ist, zumal der Blick beim Abfahren atemberaubend war. Der See weicht einem nie von der Seite. Ich würde das Haus wiederbesuchen, es ist im Ikeastil eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und um uns als Gäste sehr bemüht.

Schöner Urlaub

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Es ist ziemlich weit bergauf zum schönen, großen Pool, dafür ist man vom Haus schneller unten im Dorf als von den oberen Häusern. Gutes Info-Material der Vermieter. Schade, dass Restaurant und Supermarkt vor Ort geschlossen waren. Aber dafür kann natürlich kein Vermieter etwas. Zum Baden an den Gardasee muss man schon 25 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto rechnen. Das Haus liegt etwa 600 m über NN.
