The former aroma plants were renovated in 2013 and converted into high-quality apartments. Apartment SCHREBER is one of the quiet apartments, located directly opposite the alumni of the worldwide famous St. Thomas choir. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the city center, right by the large city park and the Elstermühlgraben. From there you can go through idyllic waterways to Lake Cospuden by canoe or paddle boat. The light-flooded apartment is very spacious. The comfortable box-sprint double bed, the large kitchen and the terrace give the Apartment Schreber a very special touch.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung

Das Apartment ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Leider ist das Wohnzimmer mit dem Schlafzimmer und Essbereich in einem Raum. Der Kleiderschrank befindet sich in einem schmalen Gang und hat keine Türen. Das Badezimmer besitzt zwar eine Badewanne, ist aber insgesamt relativ eng. Einen Waschmaschinenanschluss gibt es, aber leider keine Waschmaschine. Da sich das Appartement im Erdgeschoss zur Straße befindet, konnte man in der Nacht die Fenster nicht öffnen, da es zu laut war. Bei den warmen Temperaturen waren die Nächte deshalb sehr schweißtreibend. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Das Bett ist leider nicht sehr breit, was für stärker gebaute Personen unbequem und eng werden könnte. Das Schlafsofa ist ebenfalls nicht sehr breit. Wir empfehlen das Apartment für kurze Aufenthalte weiter, als längerfristige Unterkunft finden wir es nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass man zwei einwandfrei funktionierende Fahrräder nutzen konnte.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Makeln

Das Domizil ist schön und modern eingerichtet, bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 und ist gut gelegen (Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Laufreichweite, Parkplatz vor der Haustür). Abzüge gibt es in meinen Augen zweierlei: 1.) Loggia: 1.a) (abgesehen von einem Aschenbecher) keinerlei Mobiliar vorhanden 1.b) wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht einmal gefegt 2.) Badezimmer: 2.a) unten aufquellende Tür trübt ein wenig die Ästhetik (was aber ihre Funktion nicht einschränkt)
