About this property

The 78 bungalow was renovated in 2005 and converted into a holiday home. On approx. 120 m² living space and approx. 600 m² ground and large covered terrace, it offers enough space for 2-8 (9) people. The spacious living-dining area in colonial style with a gel fireplace opens into the kitchen area with high-quality SFBC. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, 1 comfortable shower room and 1 small shower room with sauna. The ground floor is completely tiled. A space-saving staircase leads to the DG (spacious bedroom with 1 double + 1 single bed.
Only the ground floor is suitable for allergy sufferers (tiled)
Description of the area
The house is in a quiet area, but is only a few minutes' walk from the dike or the crab cutter harbor with its romantic center. Also to the 'health oasis' (wellness swimming pool) u. the adventure playground in mini golf is only approx. 300m. It is about 1 km to the created swimming lake (inland lake next to the fairway). Swimming in the natural swimming lake with a small beach (approx. 1 km) and directly in the North Sea (approx. 3 km), there is a dry beach at Upleward (approx. 12 km). A paradise for cycling and Water walkers u. Inline skaters, anglers and nature lovers. About 18 km to the largest East Frisian port city of Emden.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Immobilie, wirkt aber im Außenbereich einfach nur schäbig. Die Gehwege- und Terrassen- platten sind seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Holzgegenstände (Bank, Zäune ) sind morsch. Bäume und Hecken sind verwildert. Im Innenbereich waren zwei elektrische Heizkörper defekt. Zwar aufgrund der moderaten Außentemperaturen im Oktober nicht so wichtig, aber im Winter wäre die einwandfreie Funktion aller Heizkörper zwingend notwendig. Auf mehrere Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme wurde nicht reagiert. Schade, könnte ein schönes Feriendomizil sein.

Nur zu Empfehlen, großartiges Haus, sehr netter kontakt

Ich bin total begeistert, die Lage ist unschlagbar, innerhalb von Minuten im Stadtkern. Einmal um die "Pferdekoppel" nur rum und Einkaufs Möglichkeiten. Über den Deich an der "See" bzw. am Hafen. sehr gepflegt romantisch Eingerichte. Sehr geräumig, sogar Möglichkeit auf einzelne Wohnbereiche . Schöner Gartenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse und eigenem Strandkorb . 2 separate Bäder wobei eins noch Sauna hat. Voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Von "Eierbecher" bis Hightech Mikrowelle. sehr freundlicher Kontakt, sobald ich kann bin ich wieder da. Immer wieder gerne. danke Fam. Scheer
