New luxurious and modern Villa, 5 minutes from the nearest beach

5 minutes by car from the nearest beach, the Plomin Copacabana.
Villa Augustina is a brand new luxurious holiday home, located in a charming and small picturesque village on the eastern coast of Istria. Filled with vineyards, small stone walls, beautiful trees and good people.

A large garden (of 3000 sqm) is at your private use. The pool is only 6 meters from the house entrance, and by the pool there is a large stone fireplace with a grill, so everything is within a few steps.

The interior is completely air conditioned, there are three large bedrooms with sunny windows, a spacious and comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the basement of the Villa there is a table tennis and table soccer.

The garden is safe, it has a playground, a swingset, a badminton court and plenty of space. There are garden chairs and a garden table by the grill.
Warm evenings spent by the pool, with fresh fish prepared on the barbecue and a glass of excellent istrian wine will fill your spirit with serenity, and remain as a beautiful memory.

Villa Augustina

Superb modern villa divided into two apartments complete with all facilities. We used the kitchen in the lower apartment for preparing food to be cooked on the barbecue. The property is comfortable with plenty of space for guests.

Great Villa , lovely hosts

Alen and Adrianna were very welcoming and took the time to show us around their lovely villa. The villa was very clean and spacious, providing everything we needed for our stay. The games room was a welcome addition for when the weather was not so great. There is plenty of space for children to run around. Alen came twice to clean the pool and gave us lots of ideas of places to visit during the week. Labin was about 15-20 minutes away, supermarket 10 minutes. Great restaurant (Ferali’s) is reached in about 15 minutes. Rabac is probably the nearest beach. Alen’s English is very good and he is always available to help. On the day we left Alen and Adrianna brought some fresh pancakes from his mother which was a lovely surprise. We all really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Wir waren mit unserer ganzen Familie (8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder 1-10) auf diesem herrlichen Fleckchen und es war ein perfekter Urlaub, das Haus wie der Pool und der Garten mit Grill sind noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Was wir besonders toll fanden, war die Gastfreundschaft, wir wurden so herzlich empfangen (vielen Dank nochmal an die Familie Lazarici) und auch die Empfehlungen für Events und Ausflüge waren top! Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Sternabzug gibt es für die Agentur, die es nicht geschafft hat, das 4. Schlafzimmer im OG anzuzeigen (= links von der Küche) Und den Sternabzug bei der Umgebung gibt es (nicht bei der Lage! die ist top!!), da es immer schwieriger wird - durch den exzessiven Hotelbau gefolgt von Touristenströmen - Strandnah und ungestört ans Meer zu kommen. Schade... Einzig gefundene Ausnahme ist der Plomin Luka - aber das ist nicht das Meer.

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus war sehr schön, genauso wie der große Garten. Am besten hat den Kindern der Pool gefallen, in dem wir viele tolle Stunden verbracht haben. Die Familie war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Zu Beginn wurde schon leckeres Gebäck und Getränke bereitgestellt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter. :)

toller Aufenthalt, wunderbare Unterkunft

Es war ein toller Urlaub, das Haus + Garten ist fantastisch, 2 komplett eingerichtete Küchen, Tischtennis, Federball, Fussballtore, Kinderspiele, alles vorhanden. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Der Vermieter ist klasse. Habe das Anwesen bereits privat weiterempfohlen. Weiter so! Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen.
