Cumbrien Lakes
The wash basins in the master bathroom are "rusty" and in need of replacement and there was no kettle in the kitchen.Also in the fortnight we were there the main entrance gates were permanently open and looked like they had been for a considerable time. Hard to describe the villa as being in a gated community. Having said this everything else was fine and we had a great holiday.

Lovely villa, love the Mickey mouse theme.
We had a great stay. Villa was perfect for our family. We really like the location of Cumbrian lakes. The views of the lake from our pool were lovely and we weren't over looked.

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house. Close to Disney and Universal, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Very clean with plenty of space, nice big pool and deck area.

Large comfortable house in great location.
We had a fantastic time at the mickey house (family of 4). The house is very spacious and has everything that you need for a great retreat away from the disney madness at the end of each day. The kids really enjoyed the pool in the evenings,and the secluded spot with a view to the lake was great for wildlife spotting including gators. Distance to disney was about 15mins, and universal approx 25. There is a large walmart appx 7 mins from the house and Idrive is a similar distance with all associated restaurants etc. Communication from Dean and Karen was excellent throughout, check in/out very easy and we didnt have any issues during our stay. Would highly recommend the house for families.

Living with snow all of our lives, we always dreamed we would retire during the winter months near Kissimmee. Well we are now retired but with 2 cute grandchildren it is hard to leave them. So we still aren't spending the winter months in Florida but we do get to spend about 5 days at a time there. And being able to decorate a whole house with Mickey items was a dream come true (it fits in great in Florida)

Why they chose this property

We just love Disney World. Living 1200 miles away it's a miracle we made it here 27 times. Now we have a place to stay. I was in the synchronized swim team in college and lived across the street from a pool up north but now we can swim all year !!!!

What makes this property unique

Where else can you sleep in a Mickey bed, everywhere you look you see Mickey. 4 bedrooms so you don't feel cramped, 3 bathrooms - don't have to wait for the whole family to go in before you (especially teenagers). Don't have to walk through the lobby to get to the pool, a Jacuzzi, privacy is very important. Quiet, Gated community, but very close to 'back door' of Disney. Don't have to get on 'Crazy Route 4'.
