About this property

The detached, comfortable but cozy chalet with private pool (8x 4 m) is beautifully quiet on a 1600 m2 plot just a few meters from the sea.
From the large sun terrace you have a wonderful view of the Bay of Alcudia
to the Cap Formentor with fantastic sunsets. Enjoy the sea and mountain views from the salt water pool with outdoor shower and spacious sun terrace.
Simply unforgettable ...

From the kitchen with its serving hatch to the dining room, you quickly have everything you need on the terrace, which is equipped with a Weber gas grill and thus very cozy barbecue evenings are pre-programmed.
Two bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite) and two bathrooms provide the necessary privacy.
Our kitchen offers everything you need. Oven with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Kenwood kitchen machine, Nespresso capsule coffee machine ... etc.
The cozy fireplace room invites you to linger when the evenings get cooler or
you want to watch TV on vacation. Of course we also have WiFi in the house 😉.

So everything you need, woman and child. What is still important for some, in our chalet all windows were renewed in 2017 and equipped with mosquito screens.

Traumhaftes Domizil

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre) einen wundervollen Urlaub in der CasaLehoni in Betlem verlebt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der private Pool und der Ausblick auf das Meer sind traumhaft. Erholung und Luxus pur! Wir konnten die Ruhe genießen, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe besuchen und trotzdem mit dem Auto weitere Plätze der fantastischen Insel Mallorca besichtigen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter.

Perfekte Casa !

In diesem Domizil fehlt es an Nichts. Wir waren eine Woche im Mai 2016 in der Casa LeHoNi und wollten entspannen aber auch die Insel erkunden. Die tolle Gartenanlage mit Pool hat uns begeistert da dies genau das war worauf wir Wert legten. Da kann man den ganzen Tag oder auch nach einem Tag am Beach ungestört entspannen. Nach dem Pool draußen geduscht und der Abend kann beginnen. In der Casa selbst fühlt man sich direkt wie Zu Hause. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und Top ausgestattet. Spülmaschine, Espressomaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und viele Kleinigkeiten machen die Casa zu einem perfekten Domizil. Alles im Haus hat nicht nur funktioniert, sondern war super sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail. Fazit: Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir im September für 2 Wochen wiederkommen. Dann nehmen wir unsere Kinder mit und freuen uns auf schöne ungestörte Ferien in Betlem. Liebe Grüße an die Vermieter.

Gerne wieder!!!

Die Casa LeHoNi hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt, sogar übertroffen. Die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung und der Zustand sind perfekt um tolle Tage zu verbringen, 1:1 zum Online-Inserat. Alles war sehr, sehr sauber und ist daher zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat uns sehr überrascht. Es gab nichts, was es nicht gab. Besser geht es nicht!! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war stets prompt, sehr nett und unkompliziert, auch hier, Daumen hoch. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt zu 100% und werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal wieder kommen.

Phantastisch gelegenes Ferienhaus

Phantastisch gelegenes Ferienhaus, abseits des typischen Massentourismus Die Casa LeHoNi ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet wurde. Das große Grundstück sorgt für viel Privatsphäre und bietet Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten für jede Tageszeit. Der Ausblick sowohl auf das nahegelegene Meer, als auch auf die dahintergelegene Bergkette ist spektakulär. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Betten sind bequem und es gab jede Menge kuscheliger Handtücher zur Nutzung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt und mehr... Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Gasgrill für gemütliche Grillabende. Auch Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in naher Umgebung vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer promt, freundlich und sehr professionell. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Casa LeHoNi uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder. Susanne & Stephan
