From the 90 square meter apartment with balcony you have a beautiful lake view, it has two double rooms and depending on your needs one to two single rooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, large common room, a small garden section you can use.

Sea eagles, cranes, herons, pigeons are just some of the birds that can be seen from the house or garden.
2 minutes walk from the house is also a small toddler bath.
In a four-minute walk you can reach the boat rental Morgenroth where you can rent kayaks, canoes, rowing boats, pedal boats and other muscle-powered water vehicles and bicycles on favorable conditions. If you have a fishing permit, you can buy one-day fishing passes. (Seasonal)
The Salemer Lake is connected to Lake Schaal and the Lake of Ratzeburg via Kalen and is part of the Kanurevier Lauenburgische Seen, Wakenitz and Trave.

Auszeit in perfekter Wohnung und Umgebung

Die Raumaufteilung, die Größe der liebevoll gestalteten Räume : einfach perfekt!! Blitzsauber, super ausgestattet , eine klasse Küche und ein nagelneues Bad mit einer top Badewanne! Wir haben uns, zusammen mit unserem Krabbelkind, super wohl gefühlt; der Kontakt mit de Vermietern war super freundlich und der Blick vom Esstisch und Balkon direkt auf den See war einfach klasse!!

Tolle Unterkunft FeWo direkt schlechte Kommznikation

Eine Traumwohnung mit Blick auf den See. Lediglich das Buchungsportal ist so nicht ok: Zahlungsaufforderung aber keine Rechnung. Adresse der FeWo erst 3 Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Zugangscode erst 2 Tage. Alles nach Aufforderung und trotz vollständiger Zahlung. FeWo direkt werde ich nicht mehr wählen. Ich denke dass das nichts mit dem Vermieter zu tun hat

Obwohl an der Straße liegend ruhig und toll wegen der vier Schlafzimmer. Mehr Menschen wäre zuviel. Nah am See macht ein morgendliches Bad einfach und wunderbar!

Ferienidylle

Wir waren mit der Enkeltochter im "Haus am See" und haben uns (trotz Regenwetter) sehr gut erholt. Diese sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die Lage am See mit dem gepflegte Garten haben das möglich gemacht. Ausflüge nach Lübeck, Ratzeburg, Schwerin und den Timmendorfer Strand ließen keine lange Weile aufkommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig (wir hatten jeder unser eigenes Schlafzimmer) und gut ausgestattet, es war wirklich alles super. Am letzten Tag konnten wir sogar noch im Salemer See schwimmen gehen, welch schöner Abschluss. Wer Ruhe sucht und die Natur liebt, ist bei Familie Altmeyer bestens "aufgehoben". Danke.

Tolles Ferienobjekt - perfekte Lage

Toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte - Liebevoll dekoriert und alles sauber und in Schuss. Der tolle Ausblick auf den See bei Frühstück auf dem Balkon, oder beim abendlichen Glas Wein ist echt ein Highlight. Der nahe Badestrand war perfekt für die Kinder.
