Welcome to Lindauer Island.

In a beautiful, picturesque and narrow alley between the pedestrian zone (the Old Town Hall) and the "small lake" is this bright, newly renovated 2 rooms Non smoking apartment with all the latest furniture. This quiet, cozy 53 sqm "Limone" is located in the 1st. OG of a charm converted, listed building from the 17th Century. Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included.

Young living in a newly renovated and friendly 2 room Non smoking apartment with great comfort. Among other things, 1 living room with TV and radio and dining area, open comfortably furnished kitchen, indoor modern bath, a spacious hallway with wardrobe and closet and 1 bedroom with light and massive furniture and high quality mattresses (especially for allergy sufferers). The object is equipped for a maximum of 3 persons.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 50 Euro). With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. The marina, the lake promenade, as well as many shops, restaurants and a landing stage of Lake Constance can be easily reached on foot.

Gut. Ruhige, aber doch zentrale Lage der Wohnung .Angenehme ruhige Atmosphäre im Haus. Leider gab es eine völlig unnötige Missstimmung seitens der Verwaltung ,schade.

Lindau im Herbst

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum und alles auf der Insel ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr dem Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.
