About this property

Our holiday house (60 sqm living space) offers you the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday in the immediate vicinity of the wonderfully wide Priwall beach, which is only 100 meters away.

Located on the Priwall peninsula in Travemünde, the house offers a children's room with a bunk bed (90 * 200 cm), a master bedroom with a double bed (140 * 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) as well as a winter garden with a cozy dining area and a living room with wide sofa bed, DVB-T2 HD TV, DVD player and small stereo.
Dogs are welcome, the property (200 square meters) is completely fenced. The house was built in the 1960s and has been continuously renovated since then.

The beautiful wide sandy beach is in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes walk to the nudist beach and 4 to the normal beach area), the natural beach can be reached in 5-6 minutes.
Other attractions on the Priwall are the riding stables, the Baltic Sea station, the marina and the landmark of Travemünde: the four-masted barque 'Passat'.

In bad weather it may be worthwhile a. Excursions to the nearby old Hanseatic city of Lübeck (UNESCO World Heritage), to the Karls Erdbeerhof or to the Hansapark Sierksdorf. The Baltic Sea thermal spa in nearby Scharbeutz is always worth a trip when it rains. The Hanseatic city of Wismar is also a nice destination if the weather is not so great ...

Guter Ort für Tage am Meer ohne große Ansprüche

Location des Gehalt mit Hund in 2 Minuten am Strand 5*(April-September verboten) Ausstattung schmal aber komplett. Sehr guter Vermieter Kontakt. Ausladen am Haus möglich + Parkplatz in der Nähe Zu ändern: Klobrille locker Im Bad einige „dunkle“ Fugen. Bitte behandeln Geruch etwas muffig-duftspender empfohlen Erklärung Fernseher/sat auf den wozi Tisch legen 2 teller im Schrank nach Spülmaschine noch deutliche eierreste. Besser Kontrolle vor vermietung

Lage direkt am Meer

Ein gelungener Urlaub. Der kleine, uneinsehbare Garten könnte allerdings ein wenig Pflege gebrauchen, ist aber sicher auch nicht einfach wenn man nicht vor Ort ist. Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Im Ganzen eine runde Sache!!! Sauberes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung , kleines Manko war die Defekte Waschmaschine. Sonst ein traumhafter Aufenthalt.

Gerne wieder

Also wir waren zum zweiten mal dort und es war wieder sehr schön. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war, dass das Geschirr und die Küche nicht in optimalem Zustand war, verglichen mit dem letzten mal. Am Herd war die unterterste Schublade kaputt und mit Paketbandngeklebt und die große Salatschüssel war komplett durchbrochen und dann mit kleber wieder zusammengeklebt. Es ist nicht mal das kaputte selber, aber man hat ein ungutes Gefühl wenn man geht, weil ja der Eindruck entstehen könnte es wäre bei uns kaputt gegangen. Hier hätte ich mir einen Hinweis vom Vermieter gewünscht, dass das kaputt bzw. notdürftig repariert wurde. Aber insgesamt immer noch gut gepflegt und natürlich eine top Lage. Also eine Empfehlung!
