About this property

The renovated and carefully converted stone house is located in
a small village above the center of Podgora.
The settlement consists mainly of stone houses and is located on a slope, surrounded by gardens and olive groves.
The view to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful, the old port of Podgora within easy reach and on footpaths in 15 minutes.

The house develops on 3 levels:
Living and sleeping area for max. 3 persons or Children (a single bed and a double sofa bed), toilet, shower and oven on the ground floor
Kitchen and dining area upstairs
Sleeping area for 2 persons with double bed, terrace and bathroom in the attic

(The two sleeping areas are independently accessible and each have their own wash and toilet units)

The prices quoted for the house are for two people.
For each additional person will be charged € 10.00 per night.
Children up to 18 years are exempt, so pay no extra.

Ruhe und Erholung

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, abseits vom Touristentrubel. Das Haus liegt ein Stück weit oberhalb der sehr touristischen Ortschaft Podgora. Unten in der Ortschaft empfehle ich eher das Hafengebiet mit guten Lokalen. Es ist ein ganz herrlicher Blick von der Terrasse des Steinhauses auf das Meer, die Inseln Brac und Hvar. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge jeden Tag. Allerdings sind Einkäufe praktisch nur mit dem Auto machbar.

Wunderbar...

Ein ganz herrlich gelegenes, toll renoviertes Häuschen mitten in der Natur und doch nah am "Leben". Ob kleine Wanderungen durch Olivenhaine, oder einfach die Ruhe und den sensationellen Ausblick auf das Meer genießen... Baden in kleinen Buchten, tolles Seafood und Grillen auf dem Grill vorm Haus... Wir haben uns wie daheim gefühlt! Danke! Nur weiter zu empfehlen!!
