This holiday home guarantees the 'WOW effect':
Exclusive holiday home with plenty of space inside, like outside. The house stands on a 1 500 m² of grounds and is surrounded by approximately 1 350 m² garden with ancient fruit trees and a playground - ideal for families with children or as a focal point for families who want to meet in the middle of Germany, There is plenty of space to spread out, for play and movement.

Also ideal for winter Sporter, as only 10 minutes by car to Willingen and its ski area, the Ettelsberg, Köhlerhagen or Ritzhagen.

The house is located on the outskirts and is on 3 sides surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. In the immediate vicinity (about 1.2 km) is the Diemelsee, which has its charm both in summer and in winter and offers a variety of sports, leisure and recreational opportunities, whether in the water (swimming / swimming, boat / kayak), underwater (diving), around the lake (hiking, walking, inline skating, mountain biking), or on the Wassen (in winter, when the ice allows a visit).

Schöne Tage mit Freunden mit tollem Garten

Der Aufenthalt war ein Mix aus tollen Grillabenden im schönenAußenbereich, reichhaltigem Frühstück im großen Wohn und Essbereich, tollen Spaziergängen in der Natur direkt am Haus und allgemein entspannten Tagen in der idyllischen Landschaft am Haus. Ein schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht.

Schönes Haus, Nähe zum See und zu umliegenden Städten Top!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber begrüßten uns mit einer netten Willkommensnachricht. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr schönes Grundstück mit riesigem Garten. Auch bei Regen sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten alle genug Platz. Willingen 15 Min. mit dem Auto und Winterberg in 25 zu erreichen. Super ländlich aber sehr schön um zu entspannen und abzuschalten. Am ersten Tag am Diemelsee gewesen, sehr schön zum schwimmen etc. Kann das Ferienhaus/Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Für einFamilientreffen ein ausgezeichneter Ort.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Großzügiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Der angrenzende Spielplatz ist ideal als Abwechslung für die Kinder. Mit dem E-Bike lässt sich die Umgebung gut erkunden. Zum Wandern ist das direkte Umfeld nicht so geeignet. Der riesige Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Dadurch hatten auch die Hunde 🐕 genügend Platz. Ein Tor vor der Treppe wäre zum Schutz für kleine Kinder und auch für Hunde empfehlenswert. Für ein Familientreffen ein wunderbarer Ort. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und hier wunderbare Stunden erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür.
