About this property

Abril is a charmentes story building with plenty of natural light. From the entrance, we enter the open living / dining area and the open, well-equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms are available: a spacious bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace and a bedroom with two single beds put together. These two bedrooms share a separate shower room. The third bedroom also has two single beds along with a dressing area and a compact ensuite shower room.

The covered terrace overlooks the pool invites to meals "al fresco" and also has a comfortable seating area. The pool with brick steps (7 mx 4 m, depth min. 1.10 m, max. 1, 60 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers = the perfect place to enjoy the long summer days. On the back of the house we find a patio and a barbecue. The property is fenced and has parking for two cars.

Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Besonders gut ist die Nähe des Hauses zum Strand und die ruhige Lage.

Ferien im Paradies

Das Haus ist wunderschön und liegt ganz nah am Traumstrand S'Amarador im Naturpark Mondrago. Hier haben wir viel Zeit verbracht und ebenfalls die Nähe zum schönen Naturhafen Cala Figuera und ins zauberhafte Santanyi mit seinem wunderbaren Markt genossen. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist gut und war genauso wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
