Apartment 1 is approx. 50 m² and is located on the ground floor with direct access to the large south terrace. It is comfortably and comfortably furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen, a large living-dining area with fireplace, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The entire equipment corresponds to the 4 star standard for holiday apartments.
The house is located in Schwarbe Siedlung, a district of Altenkirchen on Rügen. The settlement consists of six former Holstein courtyards with thatched roofs. The settlement lies in the middle of nature, between fields and meadows. Via a dirt road and through the Schwarbe Forest you can walk to the Baltic Sea in 10 minutes. The fine sandy bathing beach of Bakenberg and the north beach are each about 3 km away.
The holiday home Schwarbe Siedlung 2 is a completely and lovingly renovated old farmhouse in a small listed farmhouse settlement. The cozy atmosphere of an old farmhouse has been successfully combined with modern facilities and comfort.
Schwarbe Siedlung is harmoniously inserted in a fascinatingly beautiful landscape with unique flora and fauna. Families will find rest and relaxation here, but nature lovers and individualists will also get their money's worth.
The house is on a 7000 m² large and open plot with meadows, trees, bushes and flower beds. The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace directly at the house, the apartments on the upper floor have spacious seating areas on the spacious property. For everyone there are children's play areas, swings, climbing poles, barbecue facilities and a Finnish sauna on the premises. There is a parking space for each apartment. The house has six apartments of different sizes, four apartments for 2-4 people and two apartments for 4-6 people. All apartments according to the four star standard for holiday apartments (modern kitchen equipment, flat screen TV, DVD player, patio furniture)
When you take over your apartment, you will be welcomed by our caretaker couple, who have been taking care of the satisfaction and well-being of our guests for many years. The Wiek couple is available for you and lives only 2 km away, so that if necessary they can be there quickly and take care of their concerns and wishes.

Luft nach oben

Lage und Umgebung waren wunderbar. Check-in war ebenfalls problemlos. Beim Check-out war die verantwortliche Dame am Vortag für uns leider nicht erreichbar, da wir eher abreisen wollten als 10 Uhr hatten wir, wie abgesprochen, versucht uns zu melden. Auf Anruf und folgende SMS meinerseits erfolgte keine Rückmeldung. Die Sauberkeit war leider mäßig, das Grillrost dreckig vom Vorjahr, Tierhaare in einem der Betten sowie eine Schublade im Küchenbereich die im hinteren Bereich wirklich eklig dreckig war. Außerdem mehrere Ecken mit vielen toten Fliegen und dicken Staubflocken, sowie Decken im Wohnzimmer die sehr streng rochen und nicht nutzbar waren. Das hat der eigentlich wirklich schönen Wohnung den Reiz ein bisschen genommen. Schade ist auch das beide Terrassen sehr ungepflegt wirken da viel Unkraut zwischen den Steinen war und stellenweise die Steine lose bzw nach oben gewölbt waren. Da kann man auf jeden Fall mehr draus machen. Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war gut, leider bekam ich die Info das Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitzubringen oder nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich sind erst zwei Tage vor Anreise. Im Inserat selbst war das so nicht ersichtlich. Für den Preis uder seit unserer Buchung im Vorjahr doch über 100€ zugelegt hat kann man alles in allem etwas mehr erwarten.

Schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar abgeschieden in der Schwarbe-Siedlung und ist herrlich, wenn man nach einem ruhigen Ostseeurlaub mit viel Naturnähe sucht. Das Grundstück (geteilt mit anderen Wohnungen im Objekt) ist riesig und bietet Bewegungsfreiraum für alle. Zum Strand sind es 20 min Fußweg durch einen schönen Wald. Die Wohnung selbst ist praktisch eingerichtet, für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend, nur das Bad ist recht eng. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.
