About this property

Welcome to our holiday home "TO THE OLD VILLAGE FOUNTAIN" in Wiarden, a small village in the municipality of Wangerland.
The nearest beaches are 5 minutes away by car in Horumersiel and Hooksiel, but also the bathing lake Wangermeer is reached in 5 minutes by bike.
In Hohenkirchen 2 km away are the nearest shops (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, bakeries, pharmacy).
So if you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in good hands with us.
Our guest house is situated on a 1400 m² plot.
The approximately 300 m² apartment is distributed on the ground floor and an upper floor. Both are connected by a staircase.
It is generously divided. On the ground floor you will find:

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber 100% in Ordnung. Für unsere Gruppe ein sehr passendes Domizil. Die VermieterInnen sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Ferienwohnung „Zum alten Dorfbrunnen“ in Wiarden.

Es ist mir unbegreiflich, warum dieses Objekt als Premiumpartner mit 4 Sternen bewertet ist. Ich habe kein Vertrauen mehr in Fewo direkt. Der einzige Aspekt dieses Haus zu mieten ist die Größe. Wenn die Gäste keine Ansprüche an ordentlichen Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und etwas Gemütlichkeit haben, mögen sie sich ja gut aufgehoben fühlen. Zusammengewürfelte Möbel, elektrische Installationen mit abgeklebten Schaltern, mit Kabelbindern befestigte Außenlampen, knarrende Fußböden und Treppe mit uraltem Teppichboden, total abgewrackte Markise, Verbote und Androhungen von Strafen (z.B. 15 € für das Ausräumen des Geschirrspülers; wie soll das gehen bei 10 Uhr Abreise) - all das hat uns sehr gestört. Insgesamt entsprechen die Fotos im Portal nicht der aktuellen Situation. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht akzeptabel. Gern hätte ich eine Emailadresse um entsprechende Fotos zu schicken. Alles super! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Gruppe. Es steht genügend Platz für alles zur Verfügung. Vor allem die Küche bietet ausreichend Platz, um auch für mehrere Personen kochen zu können. Die Lage ist top. Egal wo man hin will, es ist alles schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei Fragen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft.

Besser als erwartet!

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dem Haus, denn in echt sah es noch viel größer und besser aus als auf den Bildern! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben immer schnell geantwortet und haben uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung geben können. Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
