This apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa in the romantic heart of Wernigerode. Its location in the center of the colorful town in the Harz is ideal. To the market square and town hall 3 minutes walk.
This holiday apartment (and another) are located on the first floor and were completely renovated in 2014 and refurnished. Parking is available directly at the house. Paterre there is an outdoor terrace with barbecue.
You can check in Monday - held 12:00 clock - Friday from 14:00 - 18:00 clock and Saturday from 10:00. The departure should be until 10:00 clock. The price refers to 2 people. 5,00 € / night will be charged for each additional guest. Tax must be paid additionally.

enttäuschend: 2 fensterlose Räume

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einer Küche. Eins von den beiden Zimmern hat kein Fenster. Dort steht ein Schafsofa, dessen Schlaffläche im aufgeklappten Zustand durch einen ca. 3 cm hohen Absatz in Längsrichtung gekennzeichnet ist. Die Luft im Raum ist stickig, das lasst sich wegen dem fehlenden Fenster nicht ändern. Beim Aufwachen am Morgen kam ich mir, durch Dunkelheit und künstliches Licht, vor, wie im tiefen Winter, obwohl draußen die Sonne schien und es warm war. Die Küche hat ebenfalls kein Fenster. Auch dort Dunkelheit oder künstliches Licht. Nicht schön an einem sonnigen Sommertag.

Tolle zentral gelegene FeWo

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung. Funktioniert für einen Kurzurlaub tadellos. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist top: sehr ruhig und nur 150m vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalter funktioniert ohne Probleme. Immer wieder !
