About this property

We offer a beautiful, modern and clean apartment with a balcony in. 1 Upstairs, in the tourist complex of the lagoon city Ueckermünde. We regularly try to improve our apartment, and to optimize the equipment. The apartment faces south and is right on the water in the marina of the lagoon city. From every window you can enjoy the beautiful views of the marina. The apartment is bright and has a living / dining room with large LED TV, internet connection (wireless), separate well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom (+ LED TV), bedroom with 2 single beds, hall, bathroom with shower and WC. On 61m² have space for up to 4 + 1 people. Linen, towels, energy costs, use of WLAN and parking are included. The final cleaning is also included, if we get passed in a proper and clean swept the apartment. The beach is about 250 m, to the center about 2 km. Here a beautiful hiking and biking trail in the old town of Ueckermünde. It offers several restaurants and cafes as well as boutiques to stroll. In addition, small beer gardens with sunny and shaded areas invite you to linger. Everything is within walking distance. Look also to our many positive reviews of our former guests :-)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und toll eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Man hat alles da, was man so braucht (insbesondere in der Küche). Sehr nette Besitzer, die sich noch selbst um die Wohnung kümmern. Schön Gegend mit sehr nahem Strand am Stetiger Haff, der wegen des flachen Wasser und kaum Wellen auch ganz toll für kleine Kinder geeignet ist. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen und muss gar nicht erst nach Usedom fahren. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. :-)))

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Der Sommerurlaub war wundervoll. Die Nähe zum Strand sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend für eine Familie mit 2 bis 3 Kleinkindern oder max. 2 Jugendlichen, durch die Bereitstellung zweier Einzelbetten in einem separaten Raum. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wurde vor kurzem renoviert und man merkt, die Eigentümer haben sehr viel Herzblut in die Einrichtung reingesteckt. Die Wohnung ist detailreich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist funktionell und mit allem ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Begrüßung der Eigentümer war offen und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Eigentümer aber auch die Wohnung zu 100 % empfehlen. Vielen Dank!!

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Umgebung,tolle Aussicht

Sehr schönr gut bgeschnittenen Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, großes Wohn-Esszimmer, tolle Küche, tolle Aussicht auf den kleine Hafen.Sehr nette Eigentümer,perfekte Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung.Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort,Strand ist um die Ecke,den Griechen in Ueckermünde kann man empfehlen,sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten,mit dem Fahrrad ist alles bequem erreichbar.Ausflug mit einem kleinen Motorboot vor Ort zu mieten ist sehr zu empfehlen,Insgesamt ein ein schöner toller Urlaub.

5 Sterne, super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es wurde an zahlreiche Details gedacht, wir haben nichts vermisst und haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ausgezeichnet

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr schön und idyllischen im Hafen von Ueckermünde direkt am Haff gelegen. Es war ruhig und entspannt zugleich. Man kann wunderschöne Radtour fahren und der Bootsverleih lädt dazu ein die See- & Flusslandschaft zu erkunden. Der Strand am Haff ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Familienurlaub!
