Charming Studio Cottage is completely furnished and equipped with the conveniences of a full kitchenette, gas bbq, shared washer and dryer, and fenced yard. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished. No garage.

Just blocks away from Monta Vista Elementary, Hope School Elementary, and La Colina Jr High. There is a flat, easy walk to La Cumbre Mall and Five Points Shopping Center. Whole Foods 1 mile, TJ's 2 miles, Beach 4.2 miles. UCSB 8 miles. SBCC 5 miles. Westmont is 10 miles.

Overall enjoyable stay

Despite a small hiccup upon check in, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property manager promptly got back to me and resolved our issue right away. The separate cabins allowed me and my family to have our own space while still being able to be together. Once cleaned, the cabins were very comfortable. Location was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying.

Santa Barbra

Enjoyed our visit here for a family wedding. 3 small cottages for our family. Everyone has their own space if they needed it. There is a smell from the sewer but comes and goes. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Wonderful set of cottages

These quaint little cottages were perfect for our family for our son’s wedding in Santa Barbara. Enough room for everyone to have some space also. So much cozier than staying in a hotel. Even the groomsmen enjoyed hanging out the morning of the wedding. Perfect for families or friends traveling together.

Great place for families to gather in Santa Barbara

The Cottages are in a quiet and accessible location. Our family filled up the three cottages for five nights, and enjoyed our close quarters and flexible sleeping arrangements while being in town for a family wedding. We took advantage of using the available boogie boards and beach towels and chairs. Very nice. However, after reading the reviews and then experiencing the cottages, I felt that the conditions of the cottages were not properly represented. Some repairs are needed in each cottage. Guests should be made aware that there are several repair issues at hand, and an "older feel" to the place is to be expected.

Why they chose this property

Our three Cottages are very charming inside and out. The landscape area surrounding the three Cottages matches the Cottages them selves. The San Roque area neighborhood is a very desirable area for locals to purchase Real Estate because of its family oriented life style and sought after school district. Also its proximity to beaches , shopping and Wine Country. We invested here because of all of these reasons.
