Apartment in a well maintained complex with pool

The Apartment 'Vistamar' is located within the many years known and well-kept apartment complex "Tres Palmeras" in La Playa / Valle Gran Rey - directly on the road to the popular Playa Ingles. A very good starting point for many leisure activities - it is the two beaches of sunny Valle Gran Rey just as close as the bars and restaurants.

A perfect location in the Valle Gran Rey - quiet and central - with all the amenities of the facility. For shared use of the apartment complex includes a swimming pool, nestled in a beautiful garden area, sun loungers and parasols - directly behind it towards the sunset is the open sea.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN MAY AND JUNE 2019 the swimming pool will not be available due to renovations!

The apartment "Vistamar" is located on the first floor with two balconies - one faces southwest overlooking the sea, the other is facing northwest and offers a shady spot in the hot afternoon hours. The apartment itself is spacious with about 60 square meters for two to three people. The large living room includes the kitchen, the dining area and the living area with a comfortable sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed. There is a television with satellite connection which allows you to see Spanish and foreign programs than to listen to the radio and internationally. From the living room leads to the northwest-facing balcony.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer, German and Spanish coffee machine, pots and pans and a toaster and an electric juicer. This includes a large wooden table with four comfortable chairs.

The newly renovated bathroom is a shower room with sink, toilet and washing machine. The bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm), two bedside cabinets and a large closet - the door leads out to the south-west facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the sunset over the neighboring island of El Hierro. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs.

Children are welcome in the apartment "Vistamar". Also long term renters are welcome guests - please ask for this the special conditions.

Zentrale, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Pool und Meerblick
Die Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. In der Nacht hört man nur das beruhigende Meer-Rauschen. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Es hat alles was man braucht. In 5Minuten Laufdistanz liegt der Strand und viele Restaurants. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt und können die Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Tres Palmeras liegt schön mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Apartments sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. Leider wurde das Apartment in 14 Tagen nicht einmal geputzt. Dafür gab es viele Handtücher und eine Waschmaschine. Der WLAN Key stimmte nicht und die Vermittlerin Frau Schäfer bot keine Hilfe. Mithilfe eigener Internet-Recherchen konnte ein WLAN-Zugang selbstständig eingerichtet werden.

Schöne Ferienwohnungsanlage im Dorf mit "Meerblick"
Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön gelegen. Wohnungen im 1.Stockwerk sind schön hell; perfekt sind die beiden Balkone die nach "vorn" und nach hinten" von der Wohnung abgehen. Zum Einkaufen zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Zum Frühstück gibt es also immer frisches Brot und Obst. Zum Kochen gab es alles was man an Töpfen Werkzeugen und Tellern benötigt. Nur Aufläufe konnte man nicht machen: Es gab keinen Backofen in unserer Küche. Zum Essengehen alles kurze Entfernungen im Dorf. Nicht weit und toll sind die Restaurants in Vueltas in Hafennähe, dann hat man noch einen schönen Spaziergang Abends am Strand entlang zurück. Die Gärtner bringen jeden Tag den schönen Atrium-Garten auf Vordermann. Der Pool ist leider viel zu kalt, es fehlt eine Heizung. Jederzeit wieder!

Schöne Anlage die gut gepflegt wird. Das Appartment ist im ersten eines 2 stöckigen "Townhauses"
Alles notwendige ist in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Man benötigt keinen Mietwagen für den Aufenthalt. Der Strand ist bei Flut schmal aber die Bademöglichkeit im Meer ist gut.
