Enjoy the expansive oceanfront views from every room of this Ali'i Kai I ocean bluff condo. This condo is an end unit with a wrap around lanai & no stairs even though it is a level above the ground, giving you the convenience of ground level access and the privacy and views of an upper level. There is a rocky coast, 60 feet or so, directly below the condo with easily approachable sandy beaches within a mile. This prime Princeville location is peaceful & serene with cool ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets and sunrises, and panoramic 180 degree ocean views from every room. In the winter months, you can watch the whales frolic and play. The unit is 'turnkey' (all linens, towels, cookware, dishes, beach items, etc., are included). This piece of paradise is meticulously maintained and each year the unit is upgraded in some way.

Whale Watching : The humpback whale watching season is from November through April when the whales migrate to the warm Hawaiian waters to birth their young. German Marine biologists specifically reserved HollysKauaiCondo, so that they could monitor the whale migration 24/7 from the lanai, for their scientific study!

At HollysKauaiCondo, you can watch the whales frolic from every room. We have experienced the most activity mid-morning and mid-afternoon when the sun is at an angle. It is quite a sight to see. Reserve HollysKauaiCondo during whale season and enjoy the show!

The Best Ali'i Kai Location & Condo: Hollys Kauai Condo has one of the best Ali'i Kai locations. Our condo is an end unit on the 2nd floor with No Stairs. Easily roll your suitcase from the parking lot into this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The condo is equipped with just about anything you will need to explore and enjoy the island: beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel equipment with at least 6 sets of fins of varying sizes, beach umbrella, beach blanket, binoculars, cooler, games, videos, books and more.

Also, there is an "Alexa" in order to answer your questions and play the music of your choice.

The condo is wheelchair accessible with grab bars within the guest bath/shower and the master shower.

Princeville Paradise!

Staying at this condo in Princeville, Kauai was an absolute dream! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how impeccably clean and well-maintained everything was. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens and towels. One of the highlights was the breathtaking views from the lanai. Waking up to the sight of lush greenery and ocean views from every room was simply magical. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby beaches, hiking trails, and dining options. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. We truly felt like we were living in paradise during our time here. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Princeville, Kauai.

Fantastic

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The place was more updated and spacious than the pictures made it feel. We had an amazing beach day on Hanalei Bay and loved having the beach chairs and boogie boards to use. When the weather was rainy and a little chilly the condo was comfortable and the views were always stunning! We enjoyed early mornings out on the point watching the sun rise- we even saw whales passing by! The climb down to turtle cove was so cool- I went down alone first to check it out and there was a local Hawaiian who showed me how to go into the cave to find the turtles and his respect and reverence for them was so beautiful. We went down later and other people were getting way too close and were loud- so please be respectful and stay far away from them if you go! The location was great- close to the beautiful Anini beach and lots of other places. Having the ocean view from all the rooms was just amazing! My daughter’s boyfriend flew out to surprise her and propose and so we will always have the best memories here!! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Wonderful place to stay! Couldn’t be better!

This property is the best vacation condo we have ever rented. You can’t beat listening to the waves at night, and we loved the beautiful view - complete with whales, dolphins, and birds. The surrounding area is quiet, beautiful, and lush, perfect for taking a walk. There are several restaurants, a grocery store, a coffee shop, and other amenities just a few moments’ drive away. We also enjoyed our proximity to Hanalei and all the northern beaches. The condo was absolutely spotless, the furnishings were attractive and comfortable, and we all found our beds comfortable too. It has every amenity you could think of. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, even some spices, etc., and there was also a welcome pack of coffee and tea, which we appreciated the first morning. There’s a good selection of DVD movies, binoculars for whale watching, Kauai guidebooks, various novels, two hairdryers, and a straightening iron. The bathrooms had fresh bars of soap and hotel-style samplers of shampoo and conditioner, which were also very helpful for us on the first day. There is even a selection of first aid supplies, board games, etc. And best of all, there are lots of beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards. The owners also emailed us lots of useful information about beaches, restaurants, and activities. Could not recommend this place more highly!

We swim competitively, dive, snow ski, hike and generally enjoy the beauty of nature. Kauai offers everything from the most peaceful pursuits to the most physically exhilarating challenges. Its your choice. There is a reason that Kauai is pictured as 'Paradise', in so many Hollywood movies. Visit Kauai, The Garden Island, and your life will never be the same.

In a nut shell, we fell in love with this incredibly beautiful island along with the sounds, sights and fragrances of Kauai, which surrounds our condo. We have the sensation of serenity and, virtually, being alone, yet minutes from everything. Kauai is the Hawaii of our dreams.
