Biking/jogging/walking trails, single track mountain bike, farmers markets, deep, refreshingly cold swimming holes, championship golf at Stowe Mountain Golf Club, deluxe spa treatments, music, antique and art festivals, fine, local dining. Enjoy the activties at Sprice Peak only using minutes away. Exciting adventure center for the kids and adults. Stowe in summer has something for everyone.

Ski Capital of the East: House is located less than ten minutes from Mt. Mansfield. You will not have to fight the mountain road traffic which is very heavy during ski season. You can also enjoy the amenities of the newly opened, luxurious Stowe Mountain Lodge. Lodge offers a wonderful spa, great dining and a cozy place to enjoy a beverage by the fireplace. Newly Opened Concert/Theatre Hall with wonderful entertainment. Great summer activites for children at Spruce along with a Farmers Market on weekends. You will be staying only five minutes away. House is located in the exclusive Notchbrook Resorts. Roads are maintained by the Homeowners Association. There is no better skiing in the East. Some of the most challenging trails. If you can ski Stowe you can ski anywhere. Mountain has lots of snow-making, many lifts, and amenities for new skiers and for children.

Stowe is a Four Season Resort Area: Many outdoor amenities offered throughout the year. Stowe has become a four season resort. Each season has its own charm. Summer is even more popular than winter. In summer you can enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities. You can hike, bike, walk, swim, run, mountain climb, play golf and tennis or just relax. Stowe has it all. If you want to take a boat ride or have a boat, Lake Champlain is about forty five minutes away in Burlington.

Renters will have access to a beautiful community pool with Mountain View’s and tennis courts as long as they abide by all the homeowners regulations. It goes without saying no running, jumping, or loud noises by children. Everyone must be respectful of other guests .Notchbrook Resorts is one of the most desirable resort areas in Stowe.

If a renter needs to cancel after the sixty day deadline, I will put the house back on the market immediately, and if it rents for the cancelled dates I will reimburse the renter any money that I have received.

No furniture or decorative items are to be moved. If they are a fee will be deducted from security. Plumber fee will be deducted for clogged pipes

If a renter needs to cancel within sixty day I will refund balance of deposit given to me by vrbo if I can rent house again for cancelled dates.

Cleaning cost me $ 50 per hou plus laundry.. If cleanng exceeds amount of cleaning fee charged, it will be deducted from security deposit.

Fun Family Trip

We loved our time in your well-loved home! We would recommend this house for a Stowe, VT stay to any other family traveling together. It was the perfect amount of space for our group to enjoy time together, but also have our own spaces to enjoy during downtime. Looking forward to visiting Stowe again very soon.

Owner lied and charged me extra money

House is clearly dated and had a 70s feel to it. We enjoyed our stay and did everything that was asked of us for check out. To our surprise the next day the owner sent me accusing text messages of having a dog in the house. She claimed it cost her an additional 200 to clean the "feces off the carpet" and her only proof of a dog was a small clump of mud (outside the front door mind you) smaller than a dime. She charged my credit card 450 even though she claimed it was 200 extra. She would not respond to me and basically just stole from my card on file. I have been fighting this for months now and it is ridiculous. We paid 350 for a cleaning fee and was charged an additional 450 for 3-5 muddy footprints (as it was 50 and raining out). This is wrong and theft.

When it came to the laid out of the property was practical except the main dinning room When it came to the kitchen was disappointing because it wasn't properly cleaned and there's only 3 frying pans and no pots, when you renting a house for 10 people 3 frying pans isn't enough to cook a meal I never had this problem before plus like i mentioned before the kitchen is not clean on the base of the bottom cabinets there some dusty spider web and just came with few kitchen utensils. The master bedroom there are some trash from other people under the bed and night stands The master bathroom really wasn't clean either especially the shower there's soap built up on walls and floor tiles I didn't look on the rest of the house to safe myself from feeling that should clean before my gest would arrive but they did make comments about the cleaning and there weren't good eather What ever company or person that this property is using for cleaning it needs more training on detail cleaning I have never in the past had this problem before so I just have to believe that this property is an isolated incident other than that we enjoy ourselves
