About this property

Holiday house with 150 qm living space. Living room with integrated kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a guest toilet. Convenient and practical. Electricity is supplied to the house with a solar system, hot water with a solar water heater and stove works with gas. No TV, but room to listen to music, read and play. 5 GB for e-mails etc. are available.
The house is ideal for a large or two smaller families. The distance to the beach is 2.5 km.
On the large property there is an olive and figs grove, a spring and a vegetable garden, where can be harvested depending on the season.

Wonderful stay in South Pelion

We received a very warm welcome by Konstantinos, the owner, with fresh water, oil and wine. You can take several fruits and vegetables from the garden. Silence, relax and nature! The beaches in the nearby are often windy, but you can enjoy the tabernas as well as wonderful views and landscapes.

Entspannter Urlaub in liebevoll eingerichtete Landhaus

Den grossen Garten haben wir intensiv genutzt. Im und um das Haus herum findet man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattige Plätzchen zum Verweilen. Sehr schoen auch der Balkon in Richtung Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Exceptionnel!

Très belle maison aménagée avec gout permettant de profiter du calme de la campagne et des joies de la plage (5mn en voiture) et de visiter le Pelion. Très bon accueil!

Ruhig und wunderschön

Wir - eine Familie mit vier Kindern - waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Haus Timpanari und werden wiederkommen. Der Pilion ist ein tolles Fleckchen Erde, wo man viel entdecken kann. Das Haus ist wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht, ist geräumig und hat ein tolles Grundstück mit Garten - in dem man sogar ernten kann! Es liegt zwar abgeschieden - aber mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten von einem tollen Strand entfernt. Hier hat man viel Zeit, Ruhe und Natur zusammen - ohne Fernsehen, Strandbuden, Banana-Boats oder worüber man sich sonst im Urlaub mit seinen Kindern streiten muss. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und Ansprechpartnerinnen vor Ort war immer sehr nett und unproblematisch. Vielen Dank!

ein friedliches Paradies

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, großzügige Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück inmitten von Olivenbäumen und vielen anderen Gewächsen. Es ist total ruhig und friedlich dort, wenn alle Stunde mal ein Auto vorbeifährt, ist das schon eine Sensation. Die Grillen und Zikaden veranstalten ihr allabendliches Konzert. Rund ums Haus sind Terrassen, so dass man immer einen geeigneten Platz findet. Der Strand in 2,5 km Entfernung ist sehr schön. Einkaufen in Argalasti (eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto) ist überhaupt kein Problem, es gibt einen größeren und 2 kleinere Supermärkte, 3 Obst-und Gemüseläden, Bäckereien, einen Metzger usw. Samstags ist Markttag, da platzt der Ort aus allen Nähten, schöne Atmosphäre. Essen gehen kann man sehr gut in Xinovrissi (2,5 km Richtung Argalasti) im ersten Restaurant auf dem Dorfplatz. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, sie hat uns in Empfang genommen. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort (21, 17 und 15) und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Geeignet für Menschen, die Ruhe lieben und keine action brauchen.
