About this property

The house is built in 1795 and completely restored. It is the Munkmarscher Straße 1 (formerly Munkmarscher Chaussee).

Traumhaftes Wohnen between old tile in the historic ambience with painted doors and ceilings.
Downstairs is a bedroom (twin beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and toilet), a new, well-equipped with kitchen utensils kitchen (with dishwasher and fridge freezer), dining room and living room are (with large screen TV) and small library, guests -WC;
A staircase leads to the upper floor with a small hallway and then it spacious bedrooms (with double bed and TV), and adjoining full bath (bath, shower, toilet).
Washer and dryer are in a separate cellar.

The house part include a small garden with a dining area - breakfast in the sun - with sun loungers and a small garden; own parking space directly turn off bicycles at the house with the possibility.

Beautiful, quiet location in Alt-Westerland (near the old church St. Niels); very easy to reach from the train station (8 min. walk). To the beach in Westerland it takes approximately 15 minutes, to the center with many shops, it is even closer. U. a. The station there are many opportunities for bike rental.

Historisch. Gemütlich.

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung mit viel Platz – für Tage, an denen man vielleicht mal nicht raus möchte (oder kann). Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt und waren somit direkt im Urlaub. Diese Wohnung ist nicht geeignet für Menschen, die modern und hochtechnisiert wohnen möchten. Diese Wohnung ist etwas für Liebhaber des "historischen" Sylt. Wände mit Kacheln, Dielenboden, verschnörkelte Türen, Schränke und Kammern. Sehr schön. In der kleinen Bibliothek findet sich ein Fotoalbum zur Sanierung. Die Bäder sind allerdings modern. Genauso wie die technischen Geräte in Küche und Wohnzimmer. Großgewachsene haben hier eher einen Nachteil, da die Türen nur so um die 190 cm hoch sind. Ebenso sollte man im oberen Schlafzimmer beim Kronleuchter aufpassen, der etwas im Weg hängt. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir zu 100 % weiterempfehlen können. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Tolle Ausstattung in einem historischen Haus, das auch durch die zentrale Lage gut für Ausflüge geeignet ist. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder!

Authentisch, gemütlich – also mit dem echten friesischen Charme.

Der Charme dieser Unterkunft besteht aus dem echten friesischen Erleben – gemütliche Zimmer, liebevolle Details und urige alte Architektur. Das Innen und Außen. Dabei saubere Bäder und gut ausgestattete Küche. Daher weit besser als die typischen Standard-Unterkünfte. Zusätzlich dazu gutes Wlan und digitales TV. Ich buche gerne wieder. Und: sehr gepflegter Garten – schön bewachsen mit üppigen Rosenbüschen. Und 2: top zentral in Westerland!

Sehr schönes idyllisches Haus im alten Teil von Westerland

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Atmosphäre und Umgebung des Hauses waren sehr idyllisch und ruhig, dennoch ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
