The spacious town house 'Mardeleva' is located in the historic fishing district of Conil in a beautiful stair district. The town house has been completely renovated and is very modern. The roof terraces extend over different areas and invite you to sunbathe. The upper terrace captivates with its breathtaking panoramic view. The two bedrooms and the shower room are on the ground floor. The kitchen with sea view, the living and dining room (air conditioning) and another toilet are on the first floor. The living room is equipped with an LED TV (SAT TV) and a cozy sofa corner.
A spiral staircase extends over all floors.
The terrace on the second floor is furnished. Free high-speed WiFi (fiber optic cable) is available in the house.

Herrliche spätsommertage in conil

Das haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle dinge waren vorhanden. Lage zum zentrum und zum strand ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt u hatten einen wunderschönen urlaub.

Schöne Zeit

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit tollem Blick beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Haus süß. Es hat alles, was man benötigt. Vielen Dank auch an die Eigentümer und die Agentur für den herzlichen Empfang.

Haus in Conil

Das Haus liegt toll gelegen in einem alten Viertel von Conil. Von den drei Terrassen hat man einen ganz tollen Blick auf den Strand und man schaut über die Dächer von Conil- spektakulärer Sonnenuntergang inklusive! Der Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Surfschule sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auto muss man etwas weiter weg parken, da es keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt. Ist aber kein Problem. Hausverwaltung ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfekter Ort

Die Lage des Hauses liegt unschlagbar im für mich schönsten Viertel von Conil. Es fehlte an absolut gar nichts. Herzlichen Dank für diese wunderschöne und unvergessliche Zeit.

Niedliches Stadthaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Stadthaus befindet sich in einem ursprünglichen Stadtviertel mit netten spanischen Nachbarn und nahem Strandzugang. In der Küche fehlte nichts; der Ausblick von der obersten Terrasse auf den Atlantik war herrlich.
