This is a cozy, one-bedroom, OCEAN VIEW, condominium on South Mission Beach jetty. Excellent for a cozy couples holiday! This property has a breathtaking view of the beach and jetty. Just sit back on the sofa, or patio, and watch the sea craft coming and going into Mission Bay...along with Dolphins and sea lions...

The moment that you step in the door, you are surrounded by a feeling of relaxation and calm. The bright furnishings and happy decor make it easy to jump right in to a 'leave your troubles behind' mood, and the fact that you are only steps from the Mission Beach and miles of sand and sea bring that feeling into reality!

This is a completely furnished ( cable TV) along with a 42 inch flat screen TV mounted in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. WIFI, with the codes and a recap of all the condo information, restaurants, grocery stores, etc on the bulletin board above the desk in the bedroom . Enjoy Sea World Fireworks during the summer. Smell the salt air, hear the sound of the waves, touch the cool ocean breeze and feel yourself relax! This will be a memorable vacation stay. Your fun beach condo is just steps to the Sand - approximately 100.

MISSION BEACH, the BOARDWALK, MISSION BAY, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BELMONT PARK (with its roller coaster and wave machine) are just a walk away. SEA WORLD is a five minute drive while SAN DIEGO ZOO, BALBOA PARK, DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO with its GAS LAMP DISTRICT and OLD TOWN are within a 15-20 minute drive!

This panoramic ocean view condo is fully furnished, with soft and comfortable linens, kitchen utensils, a queen size bed, will accommodate one small child, In the common area there is a Jacuzzi, laundry room, two built in gas BBQ's, and two beach bikes (for my unit). You can fit up to 2 adults and one small child This complex is gated, and comes with assigned off street parking which is a must have during the busy times.

Every care has been taken to make you feel like the special and valued guest that you are! I know you will enjoy your stay and will want to come back soon!

Great Condo

Well kitted out condo in the quieter end of Mission Bay. Great views of boat traffic, sunsets and people watching. The kitchen is well kitted out, had everything we needed, even a blender for making smoothies. It it extends to the outside communal BBQ. We loved using the bike strollers every day for everything from 6 to 16 miles round trips for coffee and brunch. Had everything for going on the beach. Parasol, chairs, towels and cooler bag. Oh and there's a hot tub....... The only downside for us ( isn't Bunni's fault) was the noise from the planes between 6:30am to 11:00. The first week when the weather was (wet and cold) was the worst. Plus we were jet lagged from the UK so not sleeping well. Seemed to change the flight path for the second week. So maybe not a problem for others.

Bunni's Mission Bay rental

Everything about the condo was perfect for us!! It was clean, as was the property. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely updated, we saved a lot of money by BBQing and cooking in. Loved that there were two TV's so the kids could watch what they wanted and we could watch what we wanted. I really liked that it was only a 5 min walk to the beach and short walk to see the fireworks every night. And there were mostly families and older couples staying in the other units, so there wasn't any raucious partying. Bunni is a great host. She's very prompt in responding to any of your needs. I would totally recommend her condo and would stay again!

The hurricane

We were there when the hurricane/tropical storm struck and we felt very secure we were not worried This is our favorite place for us to stay we can see the jet and out into the ocean great to watch the ships

Breath taking view …

This is by far one of our favorite places .. cozy apt with all the needs .. such a beautiful view and so comfortable felt like home… we already have place for returning… From great words of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz “there’s no place like home’” But this place sure does feel like it when you’re there. !

Hi, This unit is such a fun, cozy place. I have put granite in the kitchen, nice gas appliances, new window coverings, a modern bathroom with shower, put build in chest of drawers, and built in desk. also has the greatest queen size bed.
