About this property

Ideally located, 130 sqm semi-detached house for up to 6 people in Altwesterland with a sunny south-facing terrace and 2 beach chairs invites you to linger.
The domicile renovated in 2014 has on the ground floor a spacious living / dining room with LCD flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. and a guest toilet with shower.
In the 1st Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 single bed, 2 single beds and
1 double bed), and a large bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
The second floor also offers a Frisian cozy reading / TV room with a pull-out couch. A small shower room is also available there.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. We also have an iron and ironing board ready for you.
You can of course use WiFi and telephone (calls to the German landline) free of charge during your stay.
The well-kept outdoor area offers you a sheltered pleasure on the south terrace with table / chairs, 2 beach chairs and an awning.
A parking space is on the property, others in the immediate vicinity.
The shopping area (Friedrichstrasse) and various beach walks can be easily reached on foot or by bike within a few minutes.

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, die über Weihnachten und Silvester dort verweilt haben. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation zu Herrn Weers und dem Vorort Kontakt, Herrn Sonntag, war immer sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Westerland ist für uns vom Angebot am vielseitigsten, um nach den Ausflügen über Tag, den Abend mit Bummeln, Essengehen, etc. ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet einem dann die Möglichkeit, in Ruhe den Tag abzuschließen. Wir würden es wieder mieten!

Schönes, geräumiges und gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen in Westerland. In der Nähe, nur 200m, befindet sich ein toller Bäcker mit großer Auswahl, wo es auch einige Lebensmittel gibt, die man für das Frühstück gut gebrauchen kann (Butter, Milch, Käse...). Auto und Räder kann man direkt am Haus abstellen. Die Terrasse hat einen großen Tisch, viele Stühle und vor allem zwei Strandkörbe. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, Das WZ ist groß mit Esstisch. Im EG ist ein Duschbad und im OG ein größeres, modernes weiteres Duschbad. Die Schlafräume haben Schränke, wo man alles unterbringen kann. Ingesamt ein schönes, geräumiges Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Gerne wieder.

Waren super sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus! Lage und Größe sind top und die Ausstattung perfekt. Eine ausgezeichnete Sauberkeit. Schöne Einrichtung, sehr gemütlich. Nur zu empfehlen!

Familientage mit Geburtstag

Akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Entfernung zur Innenstadt nur problemlos wenn man gut zu Fuß ist… ansonsten Auto nötig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche mit allem drum und dran, Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier etc.) Wir haben uns mit 5 Erwachsenen wohl gefühlt und würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

Zentral und zweckmäßig

Wir fühlten uns vom Erstkontakt an sicher und wohl. Die Wohnung dann selber absolut wie erwartet. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort absolut korrekt und freundlich. Es gibt absolut Nichts zu beanstanden ,gern wieder.
