Kitchen has a full size New Refrigerator, New Stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, New Coffee Maker, tea pot & blender. Cabinets are stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, lobster pot. Kitchen table seats 6. This vacation home features 3 bedrooms with additional sleeping in living areas, BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full & 1 Bunk Bed, BR3 - Full, living room with fireplace, sun room with full size sleeper sofa, 1 1/2 baths, outdoor shower, deck, 3 Flat Screen TV's with Affinity Triple Play and telephone. Paper towels, toilet paper, household cleaners are supplied. Bring your own linen and towels. Picnic Table with umbrella and beach chairs in shed. Weber Gas Grill. New Outdoor Shower with changing area. Check-in 3 PM Saturday, Check-out 10 AM Saturday.

Fabulous holiday home close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Escape. It was a home from home with every modern comfort. It was great to have use of the beach equipment- chairs/ umbrella etc as well as make use of the bikes. We were a family of five and found the property very spacious. Would highly recommend.

Lovely!

This Cape Cod Cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the Cape. It is literally just. 1/2 mile, beautiful walk to the beach. It is just a few minutes’ drive (less than 5 minutes) from SEVERAL amazing restaurants. Almost everything we wanted to see and do was within a 15 minute drive, and we were only an hour from P-town, which is a beautiful drive. The owner was so kind and helpful, calling us the day after we checked in to see that the lights had been left on for us and to ask if we needed anything. He gave great restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations as well. Beautiful backyard with great sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Be sure to bring sheets & towels as they are not provided.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was peaceful and fenced off. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Cape Stay!

Jay’s place was comfortable, convenient, and had absolutely everything we could want or need during our week stay! It really felt like a home away from home and reminded our family of the Cape cottage we used to own many years ago!
