Comfortable, sunny roof-only house for 6 people, idyllically and quietly located by the forest, not only for summer, with a beautiful large garden and wide views. Everything completely new and lovingly renovated in 2014. Free space up to the roof in the open dining / living room. A double room, a room for three people and a single room. Dining / living room with television and satellite reception. Kitchen with dishwasher, hall, completely newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, covered terrace. Own parking space. If necessary, towels and bed linen can be provided. Nearby swimming lake (also suitable for children). Ideal starting point for fishing, cycling, hiking, hang gliding, playing mini golf, climbing (climbing park). Infrastructure: 800 m to the nearest restaurant, playgrounds nearby. Good shopping and a variety of restaurants in Beilngries about 5km away. Numerous excursion destinations (e.g. B. Riedenburg with its own falconry etc ...) The Kratzmühle holiday village is located between Kinding and Beilngries, just a few kilometers from the A9 Nuremberg-Munich motorway.

Hundeverbot am See, Gasherd, kein W-lan

Komplettes Badezubehör umsonst mitgeschleppt, da am ganzen Seegelände absolutes Hundeverbot herrscht. Eine Info darüber wäre echt fair gewesen. Außerdem wurde uns versichert, dass wir direkt am Haus ausladen können, dann aber wieder umparken müssen. Dass zwischen Ausladeplatz und Haus ein steiler ca 200 m langer Fußmarsch dazwischenliegt, wurde verschwiegen. Und das, obwohl wir den kompletten Hausstand für 6 Personen mitschleppen mussten. Nicht mal Toilettenpapier, und Küchenrollen gab es dort. Dann kein w-lan, durch das man sich Informationen zum Betrieb eines Gasherdes hätte verschaffen können. Aufbackbrötchen mussten dann mühselig auf dem Toaster zubereitet werden. Mit der Terrasse waren wir nur bedingt zufrieden, da eine überhohe Hecke die Aussicht versperrte. Der Grill war verschmutzt, und unter dem Satteldach liegen Reste von Glaswolle, wahrscheinlich von Mardern aus der Isolierung herausgerissen. Runtergekommener Zustand des Gartens und unzureichende Sauberkeit im Haus.

für Familienurlaub geeignet

unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Abwicklung, schöne ruhige Lage, funktionale Ausstattung. Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist sehr ansprechend und einladend. Bettwäsche auf Anfrage, allerdings 15,- EUR pro Person schien mir etwas viel, für den Preis hätte ich es schön gefunden, bei Anreise die Betten vorbereitet und bezogen vorzufinden. Warmwasser- und Heizung-Ausfall wurde nach Meldung innerhalb eines halben Tages behoben.
