Large villa with sea view, approx. 130 m2, for 8 people; climate control; fireplace; heating; 3 separate bedrooms with 180x200 double beds (1 bedroom w/bunk bed); 2 bathrooms (1 w/ shower, toilet, double sink, hair dryer; and 1 w/shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer); large living/dining room with foldable double bed (180x200); kitchen with refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender; terrace with sea view; garden with patio furniture, sun loungers, pool access, and towels; 1 set of bed linens and towels; electric gate; and parking space. Additional bed also available. Price per night is 280.--euros. Final cleaning for 180.-- euros. The house will be prepared for check-in starting at 3PM (15:00). For earlier arrival, please contact us before your stay. Checking out of the home should take place before 10AM (10:00). For later check-out, please contact us before your stay. Excellent, central location. The sea and beach are in the area. Airport is 20 min away, Athens is 30 min away, and the nearest train is 10 min away by car. Lots of leisure activities, good location for visits to Athens, the Acropolis, Plaka, Monasteraki, the Temple of Zeus, the ancient stadium, Sounion, Marathon, the Gulf of Corinth, Delphi, and so much more. Quick transportation to islands like Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, Aegina, Euboea from the ports of: Piraeus (30 km), every 15 min; Lavrion (35 km), every 60 min; and Rafina (58 km), every 60 min. Many of the most beautiful beaches in Attica are in the area:, e.g. Glyfada, Vouliagmenis, Voula, Varkiza, Lagonissi, Anavissos, Sounion, etc. Excellent nightlife with many restaurants, bars, clubs, outdoor discos, beach parties, and concerts along the coast between Athens and Sounion. trotz Mängel ein schöner Urlaub

viele Reparaturen erforderlich (Elektrik; Armaturen etc.); keinerlei Vorort Unterstützung; sehr schöner Garten; der kleine Pool würde mehr Pflege benötigen (alle 2 bis 3 Tage!); liegt in der Einflugschneise des Athener Flughafen.
