Wonderful house- great location...

This is a really clean, spacious, tasteful, well- equipped house! The views from the large roof terrace are stunning, even at night; so many stars! It is an easy drive to lovely beaches and there are many places to visit. We all (family of 5 with 3 grown-up children) loved it and do not hesitate to recommend this lovely house.

Leben im toskanischen Dorf

Wir wurden pünktlich und herzlichst empfangen, sowie auch verabschiedet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit Lebensmittel und Geschirr. Grosses, schönes Haus mit drei wunderbaren Terrassen, welche grosszügig mit Sonnenschirmen und Gartenmöbel ausgerüstet sind. Morgen - Mittag- und Abendstunden verbrachten wir Auf der Terrasse und genossen die jeweiligen Zeiten im Schatten oder der Abendsonne. Ruhige Lage in einem kleinen typischen Bergdorf. 10 Min. zu Fuss zum kleinen Laden und zum besten Restaurant in der Umgebung. Für alle weiteren Unternehmungen ist ein Auto unumgänglich. Ein fabelhafter Aufenthalt!

sejour parfait

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa, qui est tres bien aménagée, spacieuse, confortable! L'accueil a été parfait et la communication avec Joachim le proprietaire également! La villa est située dans un adorable petit village en haut d'une colline avec une vue imprenable et nous avons mangé dans l'auberge du village ou l'accueil et les plats étaient parfaits. Je recommande cette location à 100% !

Toskana pur..

Alles super! Der Kontakt bei Ankunft und Abfahrt verlief reibungslos. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Von Giuncarico aus lassen sich Strände, Supermärkte und Restaurants gut erreichen. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub mit toskanischen Gaumenfreuden und viel Sonne sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Toskana

Das Haus ist ein Traum, auf einem Hügel gelegen mit tollem Blick über die Toskana. Wir waren zu 6t dort - das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer + 3 Bäder - einfach ideal für 3 Paare. Die Dachterrasse oben ist ein Traum, immer weht ein leichter Wind. Wir haben oft zusammen gekocht / gegrillt und unten auf der großen Terrasse gegessen. Es fehlt an nichts, auch die Küche ist mit allem Zipp und Zapp ausgestattet. Schon das Frühstück morgens am großen Tisch in der Küche war einfach nur schön. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr nahe einige gute Ristorantes, z. B. besonders hervorzuheben TAVERNA ETRUSKA in Gavorrano. Morgens haben wir immer frische Brötchen und lecker Schinken etc. im kleinen Lädchen in Giuncarico geholt - hier gibt es eigentlich auch alles, und man wird sehr freundlich bedient - Verständigung mit "Händen und Füßen" (:O)) Ein großer COOP ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt in Gavorrano, da gibt es ALLES. Giuncarico ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Siena, Castiglione, San Gimignano, Grosseto, Elba, Florenz, Pisa usw. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus !!!
