About this property

Quaint, thatched, former fisherman's cottage, 30 m from the beach

This cozy cottage is located in a beautiful, natural, fully enclosed garden surrounded by roses and wild roses right on the beach. There is both a terrace and a balcony with sea view.
The 50 square meters living space of holiday house spread over a living room with satellite TV and a Danish stove, 2 bedrooms with two beds, a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. One of the bedrooms is located in the attic and can be reached via an outside staircase.

Minimum rental 7 days, arrival and departure Saturday.

The house is suitable for singles and couples with or without children and guests (maximum of one) dog. A dog beach is located about 80 meters from the house.
For daily needs, there is a bakery, a small Edeka and newsagents (5 minutes walk). In Schoenberg (5 - 10 mins by car) you will find large supermarkets and shops of all kinds. Once a week (twice in summer) will take place a colorful farmer's market.
Worthwhile excursions in the near and far and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, there are in abundance.

Leider sehr enttäuscht
Das positive zuerst, die Lage in erster Reihe ist sehr gut . Dann ist es mit den positiven Eindrücken leider schon vorbei . Für die Nachsaison ist das zweite Zimmer über eine außen Treppe bei Regen und ohne Licht nicht nutzbar, da oben gibt es nämlich kein WC . Weiterhin hat das Haus keine Heizung wie im Jahr 2023 üblich sondern nur einen Holz Ofen . Das Holz dafür stellt der Vermieter allerdings nicht zur Verfügung . Als wir ankamen war das Haus total ausgekühlt und feuch und muffig. Die Küche ist nicht nur abgewohnt sondern mit Objekten vom Sperrmüll ausgestattet . Der schimmel hat die Küche auch nicht verschont und Nachts kamen die Wanzen aus allen Ecken gekrochen . Wir können die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen .

Die kleine Kate ist hübsch und individuell eingerichtet und besticht vor allem durch ihre Lage direkt hinter dem Deich und den Blick auf die Ostsee von der oberen Veranda aus. Gefallen haben uns auch die vielen Sitzecken rund um das Haus im naturnahen, blühenden Garten, die wir dank des sonnigen Septemberwetters zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten nutzen konnten.

Tolles gemütliches Häuschen direkt am Deich in erster Reihe. Von der Dachterrasse toller Blick auf die Ostsee. Wir werden wieder kommen!!

Klein und fein
Die Fischerkate ist ein süßes, kleines Häuschen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist ok! Auf jeden Fall nicht für Menschen über 1,85 ;-) Das Schlafzimmer ist klitzeklein, aber wir haben dort gut geschlafen! Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und offen. Die Nähe zur Ostsee ist unschlagbar und der Garten ein wenig verwunschen!
