About this property

Directly on the edge of the forest is located at the hiking trails to Benneckenstein the house hunter Born. The 180 sqm Villa with a listed façade was renovated in 2013 and has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 game room with an extra bed and a large living room with kitchen and fireplace. Outside, a garage for motorcycles, terrace, sandpit and a bicycle shed can be used.
On the plot 6 parking spaces are available.

The place fir is 500 meters above sea level, is surrounded by forest and about 15 km from the Brocken. The largest ski area in the Harz Braunlage / Wurmberg can be reached at 9 km. Cross-country skiing are possible from the house or in Schierke (12 km). The famous cities of Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale is only a few minutes away by car. Restaurants, a bakery and an ice cream parlor are in place. Directly at the house is a spring (Hunter Born), which flows into the Bode.

Sehr schön und wir hatten Zeit für uns. Danke an die Herberge! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Am Ankunftstag war es kalt, macht doch einfach zwei Stunden vorher die Heizung an. Es war ansonsten super schön und für alle Platz. Lg Grüße an Familie Jäger für dieses schönes Zusammenkunftshaus-Danke:)
