In the newly built beach villa no. 3 you will find on the ground floor with a lot of love furnished apartment for up to 4 people. The apartment is tiled throughout with underfloor heating, a large living room, bedroom and a modern bathroom. The modern and well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker is integrated in the living room. In front of it is a spacious dining area. The bedroom has a double bed 180 x 200, TV, wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
In the comfortably furnished living room there is an LED flat screen TV, a cozy pull-out sofa bed 140 x 200 for another 2 people, a sideboard with DVD player.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, vanity and shower.
The apartment includes of course a parking space and a storage room for your brought bikes.

Super Lage, ordentliche Wohnung.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal in diesem Areal. Die Lage zum Strand ist einfach super. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Das einzige was gefehlt hat waren Geschirrhandtücher, aber vielleicht wären diese dabei gewesen, wenn man das optionale Wäschepaket gebucht hätte. Leider gab es die ganze Woche kein Internet. Ansonsten aber zu empfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt

Moderne, sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Hervorragende Lage der Wohnung inklusive eigenem Parkplatz und großem Abstellraum für Fahrräder etc..

Check-in-Chaos

Die Agentur „Darss-Urlaub“ ist der Horror. Bei Ankunft waren weder das Infopaket noch der Wohnungsschlüssel vorhanden. Die Lockbox war leer. Wir mussten 45 min warten, bis uns der Schlüssel gebracht wurde. Das Büro ist nie besetzt und auch telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt. Für mehr als 2 Gäste ist die Wohnung definitiv nicht geeignet. Von der Terrasse hat man leider den Blick auf Parkplatz und Fahrradschuppen. WLAN funktionierte nicht, was der Vermieter nach eigener Aussage schon länger wusste. Unternommen hat er nichts, sodass wir eine Woche im Tal der Ahnungslosen saßen. Unsere Empfehlung: Weitersuchen. Es gibt in der Anlage Dutzende Wohnungen gleichen Typs.
