Located away from mass tourism, the finca is the ideal starting point for everyone who wants to design their vacation individually.

The idyllic property is located on a 4000 square meter quiet plot in La Sabinita, a small suburb of Arico Viejo and has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Patio and pool invite you to relax.

Beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door.

The climbing and bouldering Eldorado Arico is only a few kilometers away.

Small, original beaches can also be reached quickly.

Lovely, comfortable and well appointed apartment with huge terrace

We had a really lovely week in Studio Vistas at Finca Lisa- although one week was really not enough. The Studio was very comfortable and well appointed with more than the usual facilities. The layout and decor was very tasteful and well designed. The terrace (overlooking the well kept pool area) was exceptional and faces towards Gran Canaria, where we had some fantastic sunrises. A perfect place for breakfast. Our hosts, Karin and Pippo, were wonderful and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We are certainly looking forward to returning there, in the hopefully not to distant future. For a peaceful and relaxing holiday it can't be beaten.

Finca-Oase an der Ostküste

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Pippo war uns ein guter Gastgeber. Es blieben keine Wünsche übrig. Toller Blick von der Terrasse sowie vom Küchen- und Zimmerfenster auf die Ostküste, den Garten und die Poolanlage.

Toller Blick von der Dachtetrasse

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Pippo, der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber hat uns die letzten Kilometer zur Unterkunft begleitet und damit vielleicht auch unnötigen Stress vermieden. GoogleMaps hätte eine deutlich schlechtere Route gewählt. Das Appartement mit Dachterrasse ist toll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Sogar Strandhandtücher lagen bereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und frisches Obst. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war noch ein schöner Garten mit einem Grill und verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten für die vier vorhandenen Wohneinheiten vorhanden. Vom Gemeindschaftspool hat man auch einen schönen Meerblick. Wir haben jeden Morgen und Abend ausgiebig den Meerblick von unserer Terrasse genossen. Es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände. Schöne kleine Strände erreicht man in 15 Minuten Autofahrt. Ein Auto ist sowieso zwingend erforderlich. Pippo war immer ansprechbar und konnte gute Tipps geben. Die direkte Umgebung ist eher karg, steinig und trocken.
