About this property

The North Sea holiday house is suitable for 1-4 persons and is located in the quiet holiday village. In the coastal town of Neßmersiel is also the ferry port to the island of Baltrum.
Walking tours are possible from the port, to Baltrum (only as guided hike).
Neßmersiel has a sandy & separate dog beach, various playgrounds, a covered children's playhouse, a wellness oasis, car, bicycle & go-kart rental, petrol station, supermarket, bakery and various restaurants.
In the village is also a pedal and paddle station.
Our house Sandhüpfer invites you with a spacious EG completely tiled living and dining area. The upper floor has a cork floor. There is a well equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, guest toilet, bathroom with shower & WC, washing machine, children's high chair, storage room, terrace with garden furniture and sunbathing lawn complete the offer. WLAN available.

Aufenthalt vom 31.8.23-7.9.23

Ersteinmal vielen Dank für die reibungslose Abwicklung der Buchung. Unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus war wirklich sehr schön und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Durch die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad zu leihen, konnten wir das Auto die komplette Woche stehen lassen. Natürlich war es auch toll das der Fahrradverleih nur 2 Straßen weiter ist. Auch das sind Strandkorb am Strand dazu gehört war richtig toll. Da wir sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir das mit den Kindern komplett ausnutzen. Am Ende möchte ich trotzdem ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge machen😉. 1. Der Kühlschrank war leider nicht sehr gut geputzt und noch dreckig. Hier mussten wir nochmal selbst putzen. Ansonsten war das Haus aber sehr sauber. 2. Grundlegend ist es wirklich toll, dass Sie für Familien mit kleinen Kindern jegliches Inventar stellen aber es wäre sehr schön wenn im Kinderreisebett eine richtige Matratze wäre und nicht nur die harte Einlage. Mit einer Investition von vielleicht 30 Euro wurden Sie viele Eltern glücklich machen. 3. Da wir auch mit einem Baby unterwegs waren das krabbelt, war es sehr nervig das im O.G kein Kindergitter angebracht ist. Wir haben uns notgedrungen mit einem Koffer geholfen. Ich denke auch hier würde eine kleine Investition viel bringen. 4. Vielleicht mal den Duschkopf austauschen oder den Wasserdruck überprüfen, sonst dauert das duschen echt lange. 5. In der Anzeige stand ein Whirlpool. Leider konnten wir diesen nicht entdecken.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schön, sauber. Ruhige Lage. Es fehlte uns an nix. Außer evtl. eine Microwelle, aber das wussten wir ja ;) In der Umgebung gibt es Geschäfte, Lokale zum speisen und einen Irischen Pub. Leider hatte der Pub, das einzige Trinklokal, Montags und Dienstag Ruhetag. Zur Ferienzeit echt schade. Aber dafür kann ja die Unterkunft nix :) Würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Einfach toll!

Wir hatten eine super Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Vor allem die Ausstattung hat uns gefallen, da sehr viel vorhanden ist und zudem kein Billigzeug (wie in manch anderen Häusern). Mit dem hauseigenen Bollerwagen zum Strandkorb ist schon echter Luxus mit Kleinkindern! Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls super. Danke!
