Small, very fine apartment with garden & stunning mountain views - quiet central location

Our 54 square meters apartment is a little gem. It is located in a well maintained small complex off the main roads and is the ideal starting point for all sports and leisure activities: a variety of walking and hiking trails, bike trails, wonderful cross-country skiing, ski slopes of all skill levels are right on the doorstep. The world-famous ski jump, a large natural swimming pool and many rare natural beauty can be reached in a few minutes. The same applies to the town center Partenkirchen with all major shops, restaurants and bus stops.

All rooms of the apartment are lovely Alpine style. Furniture and equipment are new and of high quality.

The master bedroom has a 180x200 cm double bed and a wardrobe. The living room with stylish integrated kitchen is divided into two areas: a kitchen and dining area with corner-set as well as a cozy living area with sofa, cable TV and stunning view of nature. The bathroom has a sink, shower, tub and toilet. In the basement is a washing machine use is included.

The highlight of the apartment is the south terrace with covered patio and private 200 m² garden. From here you can enjoy every season a breathtaking mountain panorama!

Well appointed apartment

A very clean and well appointed apartment. Everything that you needed was there. Some problem finding key. We’re older people with some mobility problems and seemed long walk to town etc. Grateful for travel tokens left for us.

Kurzurlaub in GAP

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Fewo Nina sehr genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen. Insbesondere ist die freundliche, direkte und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hervorzuheben. Die ruhige Lage der Fewo in Partenkirchen läd zum entspannen ein. Restaurants, die Olympiaschanze und die Partnachklamm sind fußläufig erreichbar. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Wochendtrip nach Garmisch Partenkirchen

Der Aufenthalt in der FeWo war sehr angenehm. Die recht große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage ist nett eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
