About this property

The Villa Silva was the beginning of the 20th century. Century, built in the style bathrooms and fully renovated in 2002. By typical of the architecture high ceilings, our accommodation is very light and bright.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is on two floors (Dachmaisonette). The balcony has a beautiful view of the mountain range cooling and the lighthouse of Bastorf.

The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. On the lower floor are bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large living and dining room with balcony. A further bedroom and a reading and games corner are located in cozy attic.

Other facilities include: 2 TV (cable); DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, books and games
1 car parking space is available.

Super Feriewohnung

Die Fewo war wirklich top, sofort wohlgefühlt und der Spaziergang durch den Wald zur Promenade sehr erholsam, gerade auch wenn man die Hitze nicht so mag.

Gut, aber

Insgesamt gut aber, 4 Personen gebucht nur 2x Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, konnten wir aber abholen. Im Bad lief der Ablauf nicht gut ab und das WC hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Die Matratzen in den Betten könnten mal erneuert werden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Altbau direkt am Rande des Stadtwaldes in Kühlungsborn und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte sehr gut.

Fewo Leuchtturmblick

Eine schöne Wohnung. Allerdings sollten im oberen gemütlichen Schlafzimmer nur jüngere Leute schlafen. Es ist schon etwas eng. Aber das steht so ja auch in der Beschreibung. Bei Problemen ist der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr gut. Es wird sich sofort gekümmert. Man sollte aber nicht warten bis zum Urlaubsende.

Schöne Maisonette Wohnung

Für eine Familie mit drei oder vier Personen eine schön geschnittene Wohnung. Allerdings ist das Bad relativ klein und die Treppe ins "Kinderzimmer" sehr steil. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung hell und freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist funktionell und die Küche wurde sehr gut ausgestattet.
