Holiday home for rent since 02. 2014!
In the quiet park lies the approx. 505 m² garden plot with the thatched holiday home. In addition to the 2 terraces, there are also 2 parking spaces for cars

This well-kept holiday home offers every comfort: The spacious living room has an electric fireplace for cozy evenings plus a play area for younger guests. The open kitchen has equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. The large table offers space for 6 people to eat comfortably.
In addition to the toilet, the HWR with washing machine, dryer and sauna is on the ground floor.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds - all with enough closet and storage space, the bathroom (shower, 2 sinks & toilet) and the storage room for the suitcases, children's travel cot and high chair.
There are also two stair guards for protecting children and smoke detectors are installed. The wagon for a walk on the beach with children rounds off the whole thing.

The final cleaning of 75 € must be paid directly on arrival, as well as the bed linen that can be booked, such as 8 € / set. Towels should be brought.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Makeln
Die Anlage ist ein schöner Wohnpark. Ruhig von allen Seite. Das Haus ist schon ein kleines Träumchen. Jedoch könnte man dem mal einen neuen Duschkopf spendieren. es kommt nicht gerade das meiste Wasser dort heraus. Auch das mit den Ameisen ist nicht schön. Aber anscheinen in Julianadorp ein Problem und ne Köderdose für kleines Geld kann hier schnelle Abhilfe schaffen. Die wurde dann von uns selbst gekauft. Bei der Abgabe wurde uns dann schnippisch gesagt man hätte ja auch das Spray nutzen können. Na jaaa. Nach dem Einsatz eines Sprays muss man erstmal die Hütte verlassen. Also nicht gerade passend. Für das was das Haus die Woche kostet sollten so Kleinigkeiten wie ein Duschkopf oder mal ne Ameisendose schon möglich sein. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt.

Omdat we geen duidelijke incheckinformatie hadden gekregen duurde het lang voor we het huis in konden. Maar het huis zelf was heel comfortabel. Helaas kregen we de sauna niet aan en we konden geen gebruiksaanwijzing vinden. Ook misten we een schoonmaakpakketje (vaatdoek, afwaskwast, schuursponsje, etc.) wat in bijna elk vakantiehuis aanwezig is. Ook de prijzen van schoonmaakkosten en beddengoed bleken hoger te zijn dan op de website vermeld.

Stürmische Tage in Julianadorp
Trotz Silvesterböller und stürmischer Tage und Nächte mit Windböen bis zum 110 km/h hatten wir eine ruhige Woche nach den ganzen Feiertagen, konnten in dem grossen und gut ausgestatteten Haus entspannen. Wenn der Regen die langen Strandspaziergänge verhinderte, bot die hauseigene Sauna eine Alternative. Den an anderer Stelle bereits gemachten Hinweisen zum Zustand des Aussenbereichs schliessen wir uns an, hier wären ein paar Erneuerungen wünschenswert.

Short trip
The Check-in was very easy and fast. The house was very good but did have some broken things like the freezer or one broken light in the bathroom. We were staying for two nights and were very happy to be in the house. The price was in comparison to other houses in the near very low and pretty good even for this season of the year (between christmas and new year's eve). Check-out was as easy and fast as the check-in. We're glad to stay in this house and will be looking forward to come back for the next trip.
