You will feel at home in the living room on the cozy corner sofa with Wi-Fi, stereo system, DVD player and satellite TV on 138 cm flat screen. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The dining area holds plenty of crockery and cutlery ready so you do not need to rinse after every meal. In the 3 bedrooms can find 5 people. Downstairs you have a guest toilet and in. 1 Floor a spacious bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet, as well as ample storage space and hooks available. The sun can be enjoyed on the covered, furnished terrace. Leave your car at the associated car parking space under the carport. The bicycles can be housed in a wooden house.

Wetter war genau richtig. Unterkunft hat gepasst. Der Norden ist immer für einen Aufenthalt gut 👍

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr schön, perfekte Lage, schön ruhig aber dennoch zentral! Der Kontakt war immer freundlich und angenehm. Die Übergabe durch den Hauswart war sehr ausführlich. Leider gibt es ein paar Punkte die ich ansprechen muss: Die Echtholzregale im Wohnzimmer und im oberen Badezimmer, haben so einen starken Eigengeruch, dass teilweise die Handtücher und auch das Geschirr danach riechen. Im oberen Badezimmer gibt es kein Plisee/Rollo Im Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett gibt es auch kein Plisee innen am Fenster. Das Zimmer hat zwar ein Außenrollo, aber man kann das Fenster nicht offen lassen, da das Rollo dann nicht schließt. Bei dem Durchgangszimmer gibt es kein Rollo und auch kein Innenplisee. Die Räume im OG heizen sich bei geringer Außentemperatur extrem schnell auf. Bei 19 Grad Außentemperatur sind es innen 26 Grad gewesen, angenehm aber sehr deutlicher Unterschied. Die Terasse haben wir nach Ankunft erst einmal gekehrt und teilweise vom Unkraut befreit, dass sah leider nicht sehr einladend aus. Ein letzter Punkt den ich mir für kommende Urlaube wünschen würde ist eine Waschmaschine. In ganz Norden/Norddeich gibt es nichts. Wir waren einmal in Greetsiel waschen (20km). Dort stellt eine Familie 2 Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner mit Münzautomat zur Verfügung. Der Abschluss im Bad wäre ja vorhanden.

Insgesamt zufrieden

Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden. Das Wichtigste: Die Kinder wollten nicht nach Hause! Mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 15Min in Norddeich am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Ein paar Punkte möchten wir dennoch ansprechen: - Ein Babybett ist vorhanden, jedoch kein Treppengitter - Bei einer Außentemperatur von ca. 20C haben sich die Schlafzimmer (Dachschräge) schon sehr aufgeheizt (ca. 25,5C Zimmertemperatur) - Ein Schlafzimmer enthält keine Jalousie/Rollo - Die Terrasse ist nicht besonders einladend(Unkraut) - Der Schrank mit dem Geschirr hat einen starken Eigengeruch. Die Übergabe vor Ort als auch die Kommunikation vorab waren einwandfrei und sehr nett. Das Haus sieht genau so aus, wie auf dem Bildern.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten, so wie im Inserat aufgeführt. Wir wurden super nett empfangen und eingewiesen. Für uns lag das Haus leider ein wenig zu weit ab vom Strand u den Hotspots. Aber dank Fahrrad war dann alles gut zu erreichen.
