Casa mia: Regina - 2 bedrooms, family friendly

You will feel comfortable in the newly renovated apartment.
There you will find 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a daylight bathroom.
The master bedroom is equipped with an approx. 56 cm high double bed with visco-elastic topper for optimal sleeping comfort as well as a walk-in closet. The children's room has a catamaran bed (bunk bed), which has a lying area of 140cm below and also offers enough space for one or two adults.
In the kitchen, which is open to the living room, there is a kitchenette with an oven, a dishwasher and a cozy dining area with 4 chairs.
The bright living room is furnished with a large corner couch.
The modern daylight bathroom has a vanity with mirror cabinet, in which your cosmetics can be stowed inconspicuously. A flat shower is available. A towel dryer will keep your towels ready for you at a preheated temperature. You can also use a shower stool.
In the large, well-tended garden is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, where you can relax.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhig gelegen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist nicht zentral gelegen aber mit dem Fahrrad kommt man in 5 Minuten ins Zentrum/zum Hauptstrand oder zum Nordstrand. Zu Fuss mussten wir mit den Kindern mit gut 20-25 Minuten rechnen. Schade dass der Geschirrspüller nicht verwendet werden konnte, und wir also händig waschen mussten. Schön wäre eine kurze Info vorab oder ein Schild am Gerät, damit wir das nicht selber herausfinden. Immerhin war der Hausmeister gut erreichbar. Gefallen hat uns die Mitnutzung der Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller, die für uns ganz praktisch war. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Familienurlaub in der Casa Mia / Regina

Die Wohnung ist sauber es war mit allem Ausgestattet was man so benötigt und wir hatten für uns genügen Platz Dei Lage ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, aber wenn man sich Fahrräder ausleiht, ist der Strand und alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig dort und wir konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen! VG

Sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb der "Innenstadt", diese ist jedoch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Getränkemarkt, sowie 5 Minuten fußläufig ein Supermarkt für das notwendigste. Über die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Einrichtung und Platz (2 Personen) der Wohnung kann man sich ebenfalls nicht beklagen. Kurzum: es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung.

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage komplett und allergikerfreundlich ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
