Maison sur-côtée

Bon, on a passé de bonnes vacances mais la maison est très sur-côtée et bien photoshopée sur l'annonce. Grande mais mal foutue, pas clean, froide, humide, sombre et mal entretenue (poignées de porte cassée, pas de verrou au toilette, barre de douche qui tient pas, rideau de douche cra cra, terrasse pas nettoyée, microscopique jardin (alors que sur les photos, on aurait pu croire que...), 10 bornes pour aller chez la propriétaire (quand vous vous tapez 5 heures de route, c'est moyen de faire un détour pour récupérer des clés et faire une visite de 2 minutes). Globalement déçus. Par la maison et donc par Abritel

Ne manque pas grand chose pour être agréable

Maison sombre, froide, odeur d'humidité, pas propre et pas équipé pour une famille ( manque micro onde et casserole), douche glissante et pomme de douche qui fuit.matériels pour nettoyer la maison est à revoir, accepte les animaux 👍 mais attention pas clôturé. Quel dommage car maison au calme, Si les propriétaires( personnes âgées) faisaient le nécessaire,elle serait top pour des vacances, près des plages et magasins.

Leider unsauber bei grundsätzlich guten Angebot

Obwohl die Lage in der Nähe des Plage der Brehec ideal und das Raumangebot und die Grundausstattung in Ordnung waren, fanden wir die Wohnung sehr unsauber vor. Daher haben wir zunächst 2 Stunden lang saugen und gründlich wischen müssen, um Spuren der Vormieter in Küche, Bad und Wohnbereich zu beseitigen. Zudem waren alle Bereiche an Fenstern, Decken, Treppengeländern und Möbeln mit Staub- und Spinnenfäden übersäht. Diese hatten sich offenbar über längere Zeit angesammelt. Der Küchenbereich hielt zudem über die gesamte Zeit einen penetrant-modrigen Geruch, sodass ein Aufenthalt dort kaum möglich war (eventuell der Grundfeuchtigkeit des Gemäuers geschuldet). Wen diese "urigen" Umstände nicht stören, hat mit 3 Schlafzimmern ein geräumiges bretonisches Ferienhaus.

La maison quoique sombre est très fonctionnelle, dans un environnement de nature très agréable, au calme, proche de la mer et de belles balades mais aussi du village de Plouezec où vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous recommandons.

sehr angenehmes bretonisches Haus

In dem bretonischen Haus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr groß. Im Obergeschoss (Schlafzimmer) mit Holz verkleidet ist es sehr angenehm und hell (die Fenster kann man verdunkeln), das Untergeschoss ist typisch bretonisch etwas dunkler und im Sommer dadurch schön kühl. Den wundervollen Kamin kann man dann sicher im Winter gut nutzen - wir haben 2 angenehm warme Wochen im Sommer erlebt. Für Hörempfindliche: Das Kinderschlafzimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten liegt direkt über dem Badezimmer und der Toilette, daher hört man dort auch etwas die Lüftungsanlage. Die lässt sich leider nachts nicht ausschalten. Innerhalb des Hauses ist es eher hellhörig. Der Garten ist klein und fein mit Terasse, offen zum angrenzendem Weg. Somit bekamen wir ca. 4 Mal in 2 Wochen Besuch von fremden Hunden, die ohne Besitzer unterwegs waren, und die leider auch mal ein Häufchen hinterließen. Die Hunde waren lieb, aber es war etwas überraschend, besonders da die Kinder draußen spielten. Ca. 1 km entfernt befindet sich ein schöner Steinstrand, 1,5 km entfernt der Sandstrand von Bréhec. Mit dem Auto ist der Strand Plage Bonaparte sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt in Bréhec leider keinen Bäcker, aber in Plouézec. Dort gibt es auch einen Intermarché. Sehr zu empfehlen ist Paimpol - besonders der riesige Marché (dienstags), Île de Bréhat und die vielen wundervollen Wanderwege und Aussichtspunkte, die man in der Nähe erkunden kann. Neben dem Marché als Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es in Paimpol einen Carrefour, Biocoop, u.v.m..
