The apartment is completely renovated with high quality modern equipment. You enjoy a sea view from all rooms or from the loggia + west balcony. The beach is about 300 meters. All shops are available in the immediate vicinity. Market is on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the fish market at the harbor every day except Monday. In the nearby port of St. Laurent du Var and in Cros de Cagnes you will find many water sports and restaurants of all kinds. Art lovers will find in: Cagnes the Renoir Museum, Antibes Piccaso Museum, Fondation Maeght (modern art in St Paul de Vence, Mattisse Museum in Nice. The nearby towns of Biot, Vallouris, Gourdon, La Goude, Tourettes sur Loup invite you to excursions to medieval villages where handicrafts are offered. The village of Haut de Cagnes with the Castle Museum Grimaldi is particularly worth seeing. The amusement park Marineland will delight the children. Don't miss the Nice Carnival or the lemon festival in Menton. If you want to scent, go to Grasse, the place where perfume is made. Golf enthusiasts will find their playground in Biot, Valbonne and Mougins (all about 20 km away). If you want to experience the fascination of a racecourse, you can find it in Villneuve-Loubet (approx. 2.5 km). Le Cros is an ideal location for motorcycle tours into the hinterland of the Cote d'Azur - and then a swim in the sea. If you want to pedal, you can do this from Nice to Antibes right by the sea. Cycling is very important on the Cote and in the hinterland.

Wohlfühltage in Cros- de-Cagnes
Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen! Den Tag konnten wir mit einem Frühstück auf dem Balkon beginnen und unsere Erlebnisse am Abend in Wohlfühlatmosphäre ausklingen lassen. Jeder Raum wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, alte und neue Möbel harmonieren miteinander und alles ist sehr gepflegt und äußerst sauber. Der Meerblick aus allen Fenstern ist umwerfend. Die Gegend haben wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkundet. Nizza ist eine herrliche Stadt! Am Montag fand zwar kein Blumenmarkt, aber ein riesiger Antiquitätenmarkt statt. Die vielen Tipps der Vermieterin führten uns auch problemlos mit dem Bus zum Cap Ferrat in die Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. Das Anwesen ist mit seinem Inventar und den Gärten einfach traumhaft. Es gibt noch so vieles zu entdecken und wir werden wiederkommen! Die Wohnung ist dafür ideal und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Familie Hartmann

Hoher Standard, Top Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrparteienhaus im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug) mit einer tollen Ausschicht auf das Meer (200 m), direkt an einer kleinen Straße mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe kaufen (Bäcker, Metzger, Obst, Supermarkt etc.). Die Wohnung ist tiptop gepflegt, die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und neu, mit liebevoll dekorierten Elementen. Wir wurden unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunft (Telefonanruf genügt) freundlich in Empfang genommen und eingewiesen. Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Perfekte Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles top gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, in der Avenue des Oliviers fühlt man sich gleich zuhause und ein bisschen wie ein Franzose. Alles was man zum genussvollen Leben braucht ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, vor allem die beste Boulangerie. Und natürlich der charmante Markt Dienstag und Donnerstag. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir werden Ihr Domizil auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Eine Woche Urlaub = 3 Wochen Erholung!
J+S.G. In der geschmackvoll eingerichteten, großzügigen Wohnung fühlten wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die moderne Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Strand, den vielen Geschäften und Restaurants sowie die gute Busanbindung. Zum Urlaubsglück trugen der freundliche Empfang und die vielen nützlichen Informationen der Vermieterin bei. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
