About this property

The large house, a former Cantoniera, built in 1920, was completely renovated in 2007 and lovingly restored. It can accommodate about 8 people. Two bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed) have an adjoining, spacious daylight bathroom with access to the garden.
To the suite (with double bed and single bed) with free-standing bathtub belongs the shower room with WC in the stairwell. In the large 20 sqm communal kitchen all appliances are available: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Adjacent is a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In the living room there is German satellite TV. Everywhere in the house and garden is free Wi-Fi available.

Erholung pur

Wir (2 Erwachsen, 2 Kinder 12 / 14) haben eine super erholsame Woche in Colle San Bartolomeo erlebt. Rosalie ist eine super freundliche, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps zum Baden, Essen und sonstigem gegeben hat. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und eingerichtet worden, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch sonst fehlt es an nichts. Vorm Haus und im Garten gibt es diverse Terassen, Sitzgelegenheiten und Hängematten, von denen man einen tollen Blick ins Tal und bis zum Mittelmehr hat.Ein perfekter Ort für Erholung. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und kommen sicher nochmal wieder, wenn es uns wieder mal in diese Ecke verschlägt.

Individuell gestaltetes Haus mit Herz und Charme

Rosalie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr offene und ehrliche Kommunikation vorab. Und sie steht jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Wer ihr Haus mag, der mag ganz sicher auch all ihre tollen Tipps. Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend auch für zwei Familien, da es genug Zimmer und Betten und schöne Plätze draussen im Garten gibt, so dass man sowohl gemeinsam als auch für sich Zeit findet. Einzig mit einem Krabbelkind oder einem Kind, das gerade erst laufen gelernt hat, ist es eher anstrengend, da überall gefahren lauern. Sobald die Kinder ein wenig vernünftig sind und Gefahren einschätzen können, ein wunderschöner Ort sowohl für Kinder als auch Erwachsene. Wir haben die Ruhe geschätzt. Am Meer war es im August sehr trubelig. Da war es doch oben in den Bergen sehr viel ruhiger und nachts auch ein paar Grad kühler. Neben dem Meer hat uns das Baden im Fluss mindestens so gut gefallen. Im Haus hatten wir das Gefühl wirklich willkommen zu sein und es war ein Geschenk so ein Haus mieten zu dürfen. Es wird einem viel Vertrauen der Gastgeberin entgegen gebracht. So hat es sich nie wie in einem cleanen, unpersönlichen Ferienhaus angefühlt. Wer das sucht, ist hier sicher auch nicht richtig. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, Rosalie!

Liebevoll hergerichtetes Haus mit viel Charme

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen im Casa Rosalie verbracht. Es ist geräumig, hat einen schönen Garten und es ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nettes Ferienhaus im ligurischen Hinterland

Wir haben 2 Wochen dort verbracht. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Haus, das im Landhausstil eingerichtet ist. Der Ort ist ruhig und abgeschieden; dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Im Haus gibt es eine Mappe mit hilfreichen Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugstipps, usw. Vor allem die Restaurantempfehlungen und "Geheimtipps" von Frau Hoffmann waren interessant.

Pittoreskes Ferienhaus mit individuellem Charme

Meine Familie und ich haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die vielen Zimmer und die drei Bäder waren für uns fünf sehr komfortabel. Die Räume sind liebevoll und originell eingerichtet. Die große Küche lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ans Meer, in die Berge und in die Städte.
