Cozy apartment in a beautiful south facing position

Quiet and in a beautiful south facing location, comfortable and cozy apartment (45 sqm) for 2 to 4 people, with living / dining area and fitted kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and separate WC, (sheets, toilet paper, hair dryer and hand soap, bath towels and towels incl.) as well as underfloor heating in all rooms.
A beautiful south facing balcony with great views of the mountains ideal for sunbathing.
Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, coffee maker, tea maker and toaster, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen roll, plenty of kitchen towels, dish soap and dishwasher.
The heated boot room is located in the entrance area, there are two parking spaces directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the garage during the summer.

Fantastic apartment. Great for ski holiday!

We had a fabulous week at Landhaus Simone in Saalbach. It is in a lovely quiet part of the village, about 10 mins walk from the centre. Getting to the slopes is great. 5 mins walk to Kohlmaisbahn or 2 minutes to join the blue 151 slope. The apartment is wonderful. Everything is new and works really well. There’s great cooking facilities and even a dishwasher. We thought it was brilliant. A lovely south facing balcony too for an apres ski beer. The beds are comfortable and there plenty of room for a family. We really enjoyed it and would like to return.

Excellent apartment

We enjoyed staying in this apartment which is very well equipped with quality fittings. It is in a nice location and we especially liked being able to walk down to the village and to two of the cable car stations.

Visitors During Week 18th to 25th Jan 2020.

Very good. Well equipped, well decorated and comfortable. Very clean on arrival. It would have been good though if we could have controlled the heating as it was a little warm for us. Good pre arrival communications with the management. Weather was great too. Overall, a very happy week was spent in the apartment and resort.

Lovely apartment

Charming apartment, beautifully fitted out and equipped. Julia so helpful (fresh towels half way through the week was also a nice touch). Location good - 5mins from lift. We were so happy with everything and would love to stay here again

Perfect location and great communications with owner

Landhaus Simone is very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed here for 2 weeks. We did have the inconvenience of some noisy construction work next door. However Simone was very helpful and moved us to another apartment in the building . All communications with Simone were first class. She is very professional and responds quickly. I would not hesitate to return to Landhaus Simone. We had secure storage for our bikes and parking. Saalbach has many cycle and hiking tracks and the Joker Card was used many times! The card was ready for us when we arrived and gives free use of the gondolas etc.
