The Baltic spa Zingst offers relaxation and recreation in a child-friendly and natural surroundings.
You want to escape the stress of everyday life? Then you are right with us, we offer you a comfortable apartment for an unforgettable holiday.

Our apartment 'at the old red beech' is located on the first floor, is 54 square meters and is located in the heart of Zingst.
The very well maintained apartment for 1-3 persons leaves nothing to be desired. In the bright, friendly living / dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a comfortable seating area with a pull-out sofa bed. TV, DVD player and stereo are of course available. The living / dining area is followed by a large south and west-facing balcony with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy both the morning and the evening sun.
The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed with back-friendly mattresses.
The bright bathroom with window is equipped with shower, sink, toilet, urinal and washing machine. Furthermore, you will find a small storage room. All windows are equipped with mosquito protection roller blinds and shutters.
You have the option to park your car right outside the front door on the apartment's own parking lot. If you bring bicycles, you can put them in the bike house.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung . Die Lage zum Strand und in das Zentrum von Zingst per Fuß in 5 min ist optimal. Die Wohnräume sind groß und ansprechend. Sehr negativ war die Hausmeisterin Frau Bentz. Unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit.Sie verlangte Geld , wenn wir ihre Hilfe beanspruchen. Nur der Eigentümer selbst konnte unsere Probleme klären. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ausreichend. Die Kosten von 80 € für die Sauberkeit daher unverschämt.

Fazit zur Miete der Ferienwohnung

Gut, aber für was brauche ich eine Agentur, die 100 € kassiert..das Geld kann man auch anderweitig überweisen...der Betrag der Endreinigung war eindeutig zu teuer, zumal man eh fast alles selber am Ende zu machen hat..wir haben die Wohnung verlassen wie vorgefunden..lediglich ev.einmal durchwischen war noch zu erledigen

Zingst

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage mit Fahrradschuppen, den wir aber kaum genutzt haben, da vor der Haustür Fahrradbügel zum Anschließen stehen. Bäcker, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch nicht weit. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles super!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung in Top Lage von Zingst. Gebucht haben wir über das Portal Fe Wo-direkt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist nett und zuvorkommend. Leider kommt der Erstkontakt mit dem Vermieter erst zustande, wenn man bei Fe Wo-Direkt verbindlich gebucht hat. Die Bearbeitungsgebühr von Fe Wo-direkt ist unverschämmt hoch.Sonstige Leistungen von Fe Wo sind gleich null. Es handelt sich eher um eine Vermitlungsgebühr. Achtung! bei dem Portal Fewo-direkt.
