Decorated with a Zen sensibility, The Loft House has two bedrooms (one is loft-style), air conditioning, a Jetted bathtub with powerful shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny view deck, a private enclosed parking garage with remote control, fast wireless Internet (500 mbps), smart tvs with premium movie channels (Netflix, HBO Max, YouTube TV) plus many more amenities.

Located within walking distance to the sandy beaches in the heart of Santa Monica, we are also within 1 mile of world class shopping and the hottest bars & restaurants.

Private, Enclosed Garage with Remote Control: You will have exclusive use of an enclosed and private two car garage that is opened with a remote control.

Inside the garage is a stackable, front-loading, brand new Washer & Dryer.

You will also find two beach bags, beach chairs and beach towels here for your pleasure.

You can enter the guest house securely from the garage, and your visitors can enter from the sidewalk.

Had a perfect stay at the Lofthouse. Great location for us. Nice to have use of the garage too

Vacation in Santa Monica

We were a family of 4 travelling from the UK on vacation. Deborah’s property is fantastic with all the facilities you would need and a great location in Santa Monica and a great base for exploring LA and California. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Simply amazing!

If your looking to book accommodation in Santa Monica, then look no more. The tree house was just gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice... it was even better in the flesh! All you could need for a super comfortable and stylish stay Lovely neighbourhood and 15 min walk at most to supermarket In fact we walked everywhere Family of 4 stays comfortably in this must see double upper apartment Lovely verandah in trees to sup a glass of wine at end of night Host lovely and communication excellent My suggestion book now!

A beautiful home in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at the loft house. It is in a quiet location but near enough to walk to everything Santa Monica has to offer. If we ever come back to Santa Monica we would love to stay here again.
