We know, everyone says 5 * villa. However, we keep what we promise by continuously maintaining the villa and the furniture.

The interior of our villa was completely renovated, newly furnished and equipped in 2021 and completely repainted outside in 2022. Our goal was to get a non-American equipment on 180m2 with all the advantages of the American equipment. We had professional support from an interior designer. So far, the whole house has generated bright enthusiasm and great feedback from our tenants. The house is in a gated community, which means that you need a code to get into the residential area. A direct neighbor is the sheriff and often has his vehicle at home. All of this and the moving security service improve the quality of life in this district. A few minutes from our house is a high school, which shows how popular the area is, even among Americans.

We have 4 bedrooms, of which 2 x king-size bed (is rare, two large beds) and 1 x queen-size bed. 1 room has two separate beds. So a total of 8 people can stay in the house. All beds were equipped with high quality mattresses because we like to sleep well and comfortably in our house! Of course we have air conditioning.

We have a total of 3 exits to the pool area. All outputs are provided with a child lock. If a child simply walks into the pool area, the parents are informed immediately by an alarm. This is to protect our little water rats.

You have a wonderful view of the lake from the pool as well as from the outside seating area, which is right in front of the villa. You can cool this area with a Deken fan. The speed is adjustable. The outside area is of course protected with a screen, so that you can enjoy your supper even without a mass of mosquitos.

The house offers everything you could want for your vacation. A TV is hung in each of the rooms. There is even a big screen in the living room. Local telephone calls are free of charge, Internet LAN and WLAN are available free of charge for the duration of your stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including Coffee machine and toaster. Of course we have installed a microwave, oven and washing machine. In America, gas is often used for cooking. Many Europeans have no experience in this. For this reason, we have dismantled all gas appliances in the kitchen during the renovation and replaced them with electrical ones!

In a rural location and still totally central:

All major parks such as SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Disney, Disney DownTown, IoA and many more can be reached in under 30 minutes (as an example, Disney DownTown we had 22 minutes). You also have just under 25-30 minutes on International Drive with the huge shopping mall Orlando Premium Outlet. The Mall of Milennia is even closer to the house. Various restaurants naturally belong in the same area.

A Publix for grocery shopping can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Also Walmart, CVS or a HomeDepot (gas supplier for the grill).

On the beautiful beaches of Tampa / St. Peterburg (west coast of Florida) is 90 minutes, even faster, namely almost 60 minutes) to Cocoa Beach (east coast of Florida). You can also be fast in Daytona by the sea.

If you ever get bored during the holidays, then simply have fun at the two slot machines (are fed coins, without money) or at the Multitable where you can play table tennis, pool or air hockey.

We have set up the house so that it not only looks nice, but is also comfortable. The kitchen is so big that even 3 people can do something in it! Our refrigerator produces ice cream but also gives good water quality through a special system. So you always have drinking water in the house (water from the tap in America often smells strongly of chlorine).
