Relax in our fantastic comfort apartment.
Here you can escape from everyday life and relax, just let your mind wander.

This apartment was completely renovated in September 2016 and leaves room for a dream vacation: On 108m ² offer you many opportunities for relaxation.

Two spacious bedrooms offer unique sleeping comfort in comfortable double beds. In addition, a travel cot is available so that you can find enough space with 4 adults and a toddler. In each bedroom there is a wardrobe and a flat screen TV.

After a good night's sleep, you can either prepare a delicious breakfast in the spacious kitchen, which you can then enjoy in the bright, comfortable dining area or on the terrace. Or you can combine this with a morning beach walk to the nearby pier and have a delicious breakfast served in one of the restaurants or bakeries.

In the cozy, large living room you can plan your day. Is it one of the many sunny days; will it probably be a day at sea ?! The beautiful south beach of Großenbrode is about 80m away. For the season (May - September) we have already reserved a beach chair. This is available to our guests on the beach free of charge.

Should it be one of the few days of skiing, you can relax with a book in front of the warming fireplace, spend the day with entertaining board / card games or play a challenge with the whole family on the Nintendo Wii or PS3. Furthermore, the apartment has a W-LAN connection, perhaps to look for places to visit. There is also a THX surround system in the apartment incl. Apple TV library and a Blu-Ray player with the ability to log in with your own Netflix or Amazon Video Account.

There's nothing to get in the way of a bike ride, there are 2 adult bikes and a 20-inch bike for kids.

With romantic ambience and candlelight, you can relax for hours in our first-class wellness bathroom. It houses a modern shower, a soothing hot tub and a soothing sauna. After and between the sauna session, you can relax on one of our loungers, with a thrilling book, on the adjacent terrace; which is directly accessible from the bathroom.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The terraces are oriented to north-west and south-east.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Toll und gemütlich ausgestattete Wohnung. Mit 3 Minuten Gehzeit vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Nette Wohnung, was man aber beachten sollte

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist ein schönes Objekt, in dem man eine schöne Zeit verleben kann. Ebenfalls war alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist aber sehr einsichtig, Erdgeschoss mit gutem Einblick von der Straße ohne großen Abstand. Das war von den Bildern nicht ganz so ersichtlich. Im Sommer, wenn man lange auf den beiden Terrassen sitzt ist das sicherlich kein Problem, aber im Winter, wenn es früh dunkel wird, dann muss man die Vorhänge früh zuziehen. Hier wären sicherlich höhere Hecken o.ä. schön. Wenn man damit aber kein Problem hat, dann ist das Objekt zu empfehlen. Die Allergikerbetten mögen zwar hygienisch sein, sind aber leider auch wenig atmungsaktiv und somit schwitzt man hier schon sehr stark in der Nacht. Größtes Problem aber war bei unserem Aufenthalt die fehlende Vorbereitung durch den Objektverwalter: Leider waren weder die Heizung im Vorwege angedreht worden (Januar) noch war das Wäschepaket (mit Bettwäsche) geliefert worden. Und dann war der Objektverwalter auch leider nicht mehr telefonisch zu erreichen. Mit komplett deaktivierter Fussbodenheizung dauert es dann doch 1-2 Tage, bis es warm ist.

Auch im Winter schön hier

Leider hatten wir dieses Jahr mit dem Wetter etwas Pech . Aber die Ferienwohnung hat uns das miese Wetter schnell vergessen lassen und eir genossen drn Aufenthalt in der Klasse ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Filterkaffeemaschine sollte vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden . TIPP - Maschine anstellen und dann Brötchen holen gehen . 😁

Sehr schön, klein Mängel

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit super Wetter. Abzüge gibt es wegen der Antiallergikerbetten( Plastikgefühl) und den Radschuppen, den wir nicht nutzen konnten. Leider sitzt man dort in der Wohnung wie auf dem Präsentierteller, da sollte man mal über Plissees nachdenken. Mängel( kaputte Kaffeemaschine)wurden angegeben, aber in der Zeit nicht behoben. Wir haben für uns Lösungen gefunden. Aber sonst ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet.
